I want this guy to explain how you can commit sexual sin with your spouse in marriage. That would make her a near occassion of sin and that fact alone is a mortal sin. The only sacrament in the Church that puts one in the near occassion of sin. Really?
Yes, it is possible to sin against God's plan for sexuality within marriage. For example, contraception, using your wife selfishly, etc... Also, other Sacraments could be abused as well. One could withhold a sin in confession, or receive Communion unworthily, which St. Paul warns against in 1 Cor 11:28-30. It would be very strange to propose that it's impossible for spouses to sin against each other in a sexual manner within marriage. The sacrament does not cause them to have sinless motives or actions.
@@Chastityproject So my wife is a near occassion of sin. If you believe that you should never marry. This is stupid on so many levels. Here is the reason so many do not marry in the church
@@Chastityproject Marriage would be an occassion of sin. Better not to marry.
Why does it have to culminate in intercourse? Other things would help with the "family planning". I'm aware of what it is and it doesn't work.
Hey, I can’t give the best answer but I’ll try. It’s a way of saying I love you 100%. It’d be weird to say “I love you only about 80%”. Since the body expresses a language, when you don’t culminate in intercorse then your holding back and saying “I only love you but not 100%”. I recommend reading Christopher wests book
We are taking marital advice from a guy that watches Howard Stern? I don't think I need to hear any more.
I don’t listen to Stern, but hearing about the statement, I too listened to a clip of her statement. Don’t be obtuse.
