This is another awesome video I always need some background on the techniques first before I know what I'm doing. If I wasn't heavy in the rituals I got my nose in the books, and I have a crap ton of notes that I take with me everywhere.

You can incorporate most of the keys in the formula even in beginning stages of your work for example when I do chakra chants I'm doing ocean breaths into my chakras, by breathing into each one and when you're vibrating the sounds you're resting, and focusing your awareness on each which makes it easier to visualize its color as well. Same with middle pillar but takes more practice.
I don't know, man. I've "awakened" twice in my life, and the only thing that triggered such beautiful illuminations inside myself were thoughts that connected inside my head that completely changed my understanding and connection to the world. In my new understanding, I was able to perceive life in an entirely new light and it completely reversed my negative thoughts and feelings. All of it coming from new understanding. What do you say to this?

It all starts with cleansing and purification I guess I was doing alot of this prep and alchemical work and even though circumstances were far from ideal I was able to generate quite a bit of this prana, and electromagnetic force until I realized I couldn't go much further unless I got rid of drains and attachments so I proceeded with purification and it took all the "light" I saved up! Like when the hooks and cords start to come out it leaves behind holes that take days of work just to fill back up. :(
Who has access to places where they can speak mantras in deep eardrum-blasting tones and not get dragged to a nuthouse or shot? I guess this stuff is for people with money and status.
