Good Video. LG needs to adapt QDOLED. I won’t be purchasing their tv products again until they do. Samsung nailed it with the 77 inch S95C QDOLED. Now they just need to fix the screen on the future QDOLED tvs. My hope is no more matte screen or to give consumers an option if they want that screen. Gloss has the sauce!
So was looking at the U8N specs on the Canadian Hisense website (sold as the U88N in Canada) and wtf, the 55” has totally different specs from the 65”, shouldn’t even be called a u8 (1500 peak advertised vs 3000 for the 65”)…. So yeah 55” customers are getting done dirty by Hisense this year. TCL might be the way for 55”, if the reports that the QM7 is basically last years QM8 in performance is true. Edit: On further inspection the 85” has less dimming zones and 2500 peak brightness advertised, which is less than the 75”…. Conclusion: You ARE NOT getting a U8N if it’s not a 65” or 75”. You’re getting a lesser TV.
I mean tbh I have the G3 it is a great tv I have a 65 inch tv now is QD OLED better yes but I do like the MLA technology, its bright and still great picture now I was going to get the s95c but the connect box was a concern and that I Samsung quality has gone downhill
