This probably has everything EXCEPT for a particular sound I've been looking for. Very often when you're browsing through his wares, deciding what you want to spend your lei on, he'll make this weird, lengthy breathy sound. I have no idea how to describe it, other than it sounds like he's dying with a slight bit of relief. To me it's one of the most awkward and funny sounds in the game, but unfortunately I haven't been able to find it.

Gotta say, I think The Duke was an attempt to duplicate RE 4’s merchant….but it ended up being an iconic character himself as well. A beautiful accident.
