If i had to choose between all of the synchron pianos, I'd have loved to have this (fazioli f212) alongside my all time favourite bosendorfer 280vc Their so different yet so versatile, thanks for the video man And one more thing, it's "faat'si'owly" I mean "fatsioli"😂❤
LOL! FAHT-see-oh-lee. Anyway, I'm really learning something... when I watch you or guys like Simeon at Praise Tracks, you load up presets and the first notes sound the same as in my rig... strange. Then you start to play TO THE LIBRARY, and it sounds gorgeous. I did buy this library but I realize I don't need more piano libraries, I need more dedication to practice and learning. Beautiful playing btw, to showcase this new library. Thanks for the great review! 🙏✝
I installed the demo today to play with my VPC1, I find that there are things that are wrong with the touch sensitivity. The bass does not satisfy me at the moment, certain notes are too muffled. For everything else, I would say that it is their best piano, it is the most detailed sound of the entire series
Interesting, I didn’t get that from playing it. It is a mid sized piano, so the bass is going to feel different than some of the other larger size VSL pianos. Thanks for watching!
It definitely isn't cheaper. The CFX Standard library is still cheaper off sale price. Sounds great though. How do you feel with these compared to Keyscape?
I just meant it was cheaper compared to normal VSL stuff, and the original price that the F212 is eventually going to go to. They couldn’t be more different. This is definitely more realistic, keyscape is still the producer piano that feels more produced right out of the gate.
@@SamTheBeardGuy ah right, my apologies. I just noticed the German Upright. Have you tried it yet? One thing I do find with Keyscape. As much as it is a producers piano, it does get lost in a mix somewhat. I feel the VSL pianos could actually cut through better. I cannot wait to try them, they have been on my radar for a long, long time.
Hey man what keyboard are you using by the way? I just got a Roland Fp E50 I love it but some keys start making this bad mechanical click after a while, its the third one I replace and lo and behold same god damn problem has developped!
PHA-4 action is like this. You will either get used to it or forget this action. I had five Roland digital pianos with this action and all started to click after a while. PHA50 action is quieter.
@@mfurman its not even the noise it makes its physical release of the key that is different and fucks me up when im doing arpeggios or other technical thing, so youre confirming that all roland keyboards with that action develop this issue? Its too bad cause the keys that do work well are so damn fun to play
@@williamlandry5652 This is exactly my problem too. I like PHA-4 action. It is firm, not too heavy and feels relatively close to the action of an acoustic grand piano. I actually prefer it to PHA50 and definitely NWX of Yamaha. I know what to avoid when I do not want this noise when releasing white keys but I cannot think of it when playing. As I said, I had the following Roland digital pianos with PHA-4: FP-10, FP-30X, A88 mkII MIDI controller and back to FP-10 (FP-10 ARC to be precise). I tested quite a few Roland digital pianos (RD-88 seemed to be better). I put a video on RUclips illustrating the issue. Check Roland FP-10 (PHA-4) Action Noise Test (to compare if you have the same noise)
I'm so glad you posted this! As soon as I heard this piano, I thought you would enjoy it quite a bit. Thanks for the review and the great playing!

@@SamTheBeardGuy yes...somebody help me...must stop dropping $$$ on pianos...oh Lord here I go again 😂
Well this sounds remarkable! Also, wonderful playing my friend, thanks for the video! 🎹🎹🎶🎶❤️❤️
thanks :)

Thanks! More gear and plugins is just a band-aid, can't replace good fundamentals and practice
Faht zee ohly.... the first syllable is somewhere between fot and fat.
I refuse to change how I say it at this point 😂
@@SamTheBeardGuy Ah fair enough. Sounded like you haven't decided how you say it though Lol
I like this library better than the more expensive ones you reviewed earlier.
