Would you be able to use Queso Blanco in place of Mozzarella? Or would it change the texture/taste too much? Everything on your channel looks amazing and the whole family loves your recipes.
@@CookingwithGloria well, things got out of hand and instead of Queso Blanco, we ended up with Oaxaca and yellow cornmeal. Everything else stayed true to recipe and holy moly, it was amazing. Thank you for sharing your recipe with us. My toddler has been has been snagging bites as they cool down and is running around using her new word of the day "mo arepas peez!"
Good morning beautiful yes you can do it before I hit a time just put parchment paper in between each ones and when you take them out of the refrigerator let them come to room temperature you are really going to enjoy this amazing arepas 🙋♀️❤️🙏🏻
I’m half Colombian and that is why I am a big fan of arepas. I also love the Venezuelan arepas too and I can’t wait to start making them

What would you serve these with, like are these a sides or a main dish? I've had chicken and beef filled arepas for the first time and i am obsessed.
