Hi, I have a Toshiba satellite C55d-B5308 windows 8.1 , and I would want to know how you did it, did you put a disc on it for the factory reset ? I have another Toshiba and it still has a blue screen and needs a disc.

How many hours it takes?
It depends on your laptop. For example a laptop with 500 gb will take less time when compared to 1 tb
