Built on reclaimed land from a Dock, and preserving the dock wall,Hydraulic tower, the bollards etc at the same time breathing life back into a derelict dock area and across the road from the largest brick built warehouse in the world (grade 2 listed and now being converted into luxury apartments) yes I suppose it is just another stadium. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Tottenham's ground is in one of the worst areas in the UK. Got nothing going for the area. Everton's new ground is also in an area that is neglected but there is huge potential and in 10-15 years will be significantly improved. Spurs' is a great stadium but it's full of daytrippers and not specifically a Football Stadium. More of an entertainment venue.
