I'm not sure EastEnders is the best to learn English from I struggle with the cockney accent there are so many different dialects in the UK and they use cockney rhyming slang it obviously helped though you type excellent english
I'm a welsh man so was my gramps but he spent a lot of his time as young man in east end London with friends he made on national service he absolutely loved the old cockneys he found them to be very friendly welcoming people 👌
