This nendo probably won me over the most. There are a lot of members I liked a lot but by the time this one ended they all just left a big impression on me. Going to miss them
It sure was a pretty odd one, with the presidency thing, no TIF performance, a one-day-only festival... None of those things were bad or disappointing to me at all, but they sure were surprising and made for an odd nendo. However, for some reason it was also probably one of the nendos I've enjoyed the most. I like to think that I have no favorite members or nendos, but I just felt good with this one despite all I've mentioned.
ABOUT "SMILE YOUR BEST" (For those who don't know) Even if you don't know much Japanese, you might be familiar with the expression "頑張れ!" ("Ganbare!"), which means "Do your best!" or "Hang in there!". However, and as the Japanese captions on this video demonstrate, the word has an alternative spelling within the world of Sakura Gakuin: "顔笑れ!!". It's been that way ever since the group released the song with the same name back on 2013. This way of writing it is even featured on the name of the group's weekly livestreamed show. Because it is written with the kanji for face (顔) and smile/laugh (笑), most Fukeis (at least the ones I've seen the most) follow the wordplay and translate it as "Smile your best", so that's why I wrote it that way too.
Fantastic video! I wish there were behind the scenes for all the graduation years. Thank you for the translations and your hard work. Greetings from Oklahoma, USA..
I agree. There surely are many BTS recordings (and even live show recordings) from every year that we will most likely never be able to see... It's a real shame Anyway, thank you for your comments! I'm glad you enjoyed this one
I have a few of the earlier DVD's and, sadly, there is no behind the scenes footage. That being said, I've seen many of the others as well. I still say that the hardest one to watch and the most emotional RTG was 2012.
Así es. Los DVD/BD de "The Road to Graduation" (2016, 2017, 2018), el de la obra "Shuoh Gakuen" (2016) y el del "Sakura Gakuin Festival" de 2017 traen documentales con todo este material detrás de cámaras

True heroes behind the scenes!

2:37 The real reason why Miku is not wearing her blazer is probably because that's missing from her hanger.

Wow! Even in 2018 and 2019 they were wearing masks.
Yeah. It's actually been something pretty common on many Asian countries for quite a while now
SakuGaku22 wow!
