bro, this thing is probably the best model/art piece I have ever seen, I don't understand how someone could learn something like this. I am so surprised by how you just cover the tank hull.
Incredible detail and painting you must be a dentist with a modeling passion :-) they are the only guys I know who can detail like that , interesting choice of music
It took me almost 2 years to get the correct measurements for just an external Tiger 3D model. How careful were you with measurements? Or did you just go off of a kit?
Hello, I have experienced more than 2 years before and after making this modeling. At least I have purchased and referred to several 1/35 full-structural Tiger tank model kits by myself, especially the mid-range model from RFM company, which gave me the most help😚
And here's me, with a loft full of 1/35 German armour (including a Dragon Maus with homemade interior) unfinished due to Presbyopia & shaking hands 15 yrs ago. Thinking I could make model kits! Jaw Dropping!
Ha ha, can feel your love for the model. 😄I used to play with 1/35 scale models, but because I had less space at home, I switched to 1/72 scale, and it took less time and was easier to build a model.☺️
@@katanaxiii9782 sorry for my bad English! I meant that the driver and radio operator's hatches have periscopes oriented in wrong direction and position
@@mauriziocoren6335 Very professional! You are the first to notice this detail, thank you for your criticism and correction. I thought the periscope could rotate 360 degrees, so I didn't care too much about left and right. I'm going to adjust them right now.
Thank you for your support and love. At present, the drawings are not publicly available, but there are commercial printing kits for sale on the Internet. Anyone can buy them. After patiently assembling, you can have a complete fully built 1/72 Tiger model
They tried to change their seats during the break😉, but the truth is that I found the posture of the two toy soldiers to be more suitable for the present arrangement😅
He owned a Pharmacy after the war and lived a long life. I believe he named it Tiger Pharmacy or something similar. the man had a sense of humor for sure.
Yes, there are friends around us who have been lucky to get his signature book. In addition, several decades ago, Tamiya Company of Japan developed a 1/35 tiger tank model product based on his real battlefield experience in that year and gave it to him personally. Because of its long history, this set of products was not too rigorous and had some small mistakes, but Otto Carius did not point out it out out politely, but collected it in the display cabinet at home after it was finished.
Such fantastic detail, only to be let down by getting the driver and machine gunners hatches the wrong way round. Periscopes should look forward, not 45 degrees to the rear of the vehicle.
Thank you very much for your careful observation and correction! 😅Fortunately, I assembled the periscope and cockpit cover without glue, so I could quickly disassemble them and reassemble them in the right place😄
I have prepared two sets of 1/72 Maus kits, respectively from vespid models and Dragon, but I haven't planned what kind of scene terrain to do for the time being
