We as Australians are loosing our country. When a Senator of the Government of Australia is so disrespected, I am ashamed and bitterly disappointed that it has come to this. Whoever these individuals are, they should be publicly named and shamed. I don't care if you disagree with a politicians stand, you give that person the respect they duly deserve, and just listen respectfully.
It should be of concern that some of these advocates for the voice are talking about the community having a say on justice. Some of them are areas riven by violence and sexual assault that is off the scale and obviously of no concern to some male leaders. Just letting people out of jail as happens in America causes more crime and suffering for the victims. It could be of value in diverting youth from crime perhaps. The voice is about communities seeking to be independent, while of course putting their hands out for government money. What has been going on in West Australia gives no confidence for the sort of decisions we can expect from the Voice.

An inquiry should be made into the misuse of millions of dollars that has been set aside to help those indigenous Australians who really need the assistance to a healthier and more productive life. Building more housing and making sure they have water, power and transport to shops etc. $40 billion should have been enough to allow them to lead productive lives etc. But I believe it's just been usurped by those appointed to deliver but have used it to line their own pockets etc. Shameful, utterly shameful.
