yeah, you can OBTAIN them both, but you can't EQUIP them both at the same time, if you try to equip another sword it'll just replace the current sword you have. (same logic goes for fighting styles, guns, and fruits)
heres a good tip use buddha (for range) server hop go in the room with three chests (2 gold 1 silver) go and lure him in there run outside use observation haki (insctint) and hit him using buddha range dont go too close to him using buddha or you could get the ice surge hit by the boss dont go too far or he will use the large aoe attack idk the name thats the way i got rengoku while being lvl 700 :)

Any, but I recommend Light/Buddha/KItsune. Don't swap fruits just to defeat the Ice Admiral, he's pretty easy to defeat.
U can use high damaging fruit, u will not take much time to defeat, he also does not much dmg
