Hey Sam , at the 6.57 minutes the girl on the scooter looks like she is taking a photo of you taking a photo of them -how freakin cool is that my friend .

Great video!! Which AF method did you use? Center point or face detection? It seems blazing fast.

Face/Eye detect is really awkward to use when shooting street, weddings, events or wherever there are lots of people, because the camera usually doesn't focus on who you want it to focus. I usually just do single point/center. Face/Eye only in situations where I am 100% sure that the camera will be able to lock onto the target I want it to lock onto. That's why you should have one of the buttons set to switching between focus modes, I have one button set to only 2 focus modes center and face/eye, which allows me to switch focus mode with a single press of a button in a tenth of a second.

@@nogerboher5266 thank you for the good tips. I agree that face detection only works well in controlled environments with ideally only one person in the frame. I programmed two different back buttons for the two focus modes. I assume he used a small aperture too which helps getting things in focus.
