    Mera apfc panel 15 kw ka he
    aur me testing kr rha hu total
    3 motor ( total 3 kw ) at no load ,
    Meri apfc relay sahi work kr rhi he
    But thodi der baad
    "CURR: Phase current error " likha aa jata he
    Kya apfc relay ko work krne ke liye
    Kisi minimum load ki requirement hooti he ?

      @@ElectricalInfinity dear sir thank you for reply your content is really helpful for me me. I have some doubts. First while calculating CB rating for TF why we are multiplying by 1.4?
      2. I have seen a thumb rule KVAR×2.32= Ampere ( for CB) and you have taken value of 2? Could you please explain this?

    • @ElectricalInfinity
      @ElectricalInfinity  4 года назад +1

      For 3 phase to convert kva to ampere multipying factor is 1.4. For Kw to amp it is 1.9 and for HP to Amp it is 1.5. You can this video for more clarification ruclips.net/video/5PHyLUGkl14/видео.html

    40 % of 1250 kva is 500 kvar
    30 percent 0f 1250 is 375kvar
    But when we follow kw method , kva x.8 ,1250x.8 is 1000kw,1000kw x .266 =266kvar
    (For .8 to .9 pf)
    Both calculations are not matching ,please reply

      Power factor (cos)= Active power (P)/apparent power(S)

    • @ElectricalInfinity
      @ElectricalInfinity  2 года назад

      Pf= Cos(Φ) = P/S = W/VA = power factor.
      The power factor is calculated as the ratio of the real power to the apparent power.
      Also Real power= apparent power ×power factor.
      You can do some more research on this. What you say is correct and basic formula but once you go Deep into calculations P= Real power/ apparent power make sense.
      Sorry for late reply ☺️.
