I was kind of disgusted the kit didn't use a tapered stud at the control arm ball joint. They use a 5/8 straight bolt when the ball joint hole on the spindle is clearly bigger. Have you had issues of that one coming loose at all?

Bet ypur alternator was fine it was probably wires under your fender on driver side..same thing happened to me
