Amadeus is actually just a re-skinned version of that man I think? In the MS 1-3, he's just a regular npc but I'm sot sure if they decided to retcon that for the 4th game. Would be cool if they did.
Yeah hes a reoccuring npc. Pretty cool in retrospect but knowing playmore it was probably made up on the spot. Still a nice twist and a good explanation as to why hes everywhere before 4
