in the cleaning bussi ive heard someone spilled a small dot of bleach on a rug. the building manger made the cleaning company pay to replace the whole rugs , they went through next insurance but he didnt seem to say anything bad about them. im sure it got resolved
Let me tell you about my current situation. I filed a claim, promised to call me tomorrow. It is now the next day. Still haven't heard from them. Dont use NEXT!
@@RyanMHanley Talked to an agent and said he will connect me to a specialist. Disconnected me. File a claim online again. Still nothing. I can't even get an agent or someone from next to help me. 4 billion valuation company with 800m in revenue as I am told. Don't fall for it.
@@dattrinh4951 I made the mistake of purchasing insurance with these clowns. They are refusing to refund me all of my money claiming 'service fees' that they just introduced 2 months ago. Why? Because so many people are cancelling them. So one year ago I pull a policy (because I did not perform my full due diligence) and now that I don't want to renew it they are keeping some funds. They have a plethora of bad reviews on their FB account, online, blogs, BBB, etc. etc. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. They have literally thousands of pissed off customers.

This is what I'm scared of. Being in compliance is nice, but knowing you'll be covered is even better and something 99% of us knows we might not me.
