I loved the points about doing regular affirmations and limiting the daily commute. Working hard is part of the life of any professional / entrepreneur but it can't come at the expense of our mental well-being. Great vid!

I'll add intentional mindset too! Have to know what you want, then its simple to put in the work to get there.

Found this video on a Reddit post! I’m an aspiring Law student here at Mexico, one of my dreams is being able to work in the U.S! I know it’s a long process and there are few states that allow foreign lawyers to practice there. But I will try and see what life throws at me.
This was a very insightful video!

@@RonaldRohdeLaw Right now I’m about to enter to the second semester of college. I’m thinking about pursuing corporate law. The thing is that I was studying engineering but opted to change career options. Some of my classes where revalidated, so in theory I am about to enter to Law school in about a month.

Great video Ron! I am a newly licensed attorney in Houston who wants to practice Multifamily CRE. This video gave a great perspective of what it is like for those interested in such practice.

Thanks Trevon, welcome! Transacting multifamily deals is a wide range from LLC formation, smaller partnerships on 60-100 units, and 200+ syndications, Fannie debt, etc. We cover it all and happy to share more!

@@RonaldRohdeLaw No worries. Do you also get involved in the capital raise aspects of the transaction? From my experience law practitioners would get involved when the sponsor wants to submit an offer to purchase and guide the client through drafting the PSA, due diligence, financing, and entity formation, but third-party the drafting of the private placement memorandum.

@@trevonwatson8665 Yes, we partner with securities attorneys for capital raise, Reg D, primarily. We also review loan documents and negotiate personal guaranty, etc. There's a lot involved on each transaction!

I want to go to Harvard Law.
I have an eye for detail, test very well, and am an insatiable information sponge.
