ACSA reports profit for 2024: Mpumi Mpofu

Airports Company South Africa, which operates a network of 9 airports in South Africa, including OR Tambo International, King Shaka Airport and Cape Town International, has reported annual financial results reflective of a marked improvement in airline traffic, both in terms of passenger and cargo numbers. For the year ended March 2024, the company reported revenue coming in at R7 billion -- up 16% on the year before. While it swung into a profit after tax of R472 million -- up over 200% from 2023's recorded loss.
