Although COVID-19 is still an issue here we felt very safe because everyone was following the guidelines for example of wearing a mask. To be honest we felt less safe back in Switzerland…
All the bars and restaurants are obligated to close at midnight so keep that in mind.
If you plan to do a trip to Corfu last minute please keep in mind that you have to fill in the PLF document.

CAR RENTALS
Important note:
During our vacation we noticed that Zakynthos is not really safe for scooter or quad driving. The roads are very uneven and full of holes and sometimes very steap as well. Unfortunately we saw quite a few accidents with quads & scooters. That’s why we recommend you to rent a car.

Bitte! We stayed there for 2.5 weeks. It really depens on what you want to do during your vacation. But I would recommend a minimum of one week.
