Great demonstration of adapting a fuel pressure gauge! I have the same issue of none of the connectors fiting anything on K-jet, it’s inspired me to adapt like you have done for my c123’s injection system. Thank you!

Espectacular!!! A velocidad normal estaría mejor, para mi gusto. Muchas gracias

Thanks for info, I will confirm, but my 1985 380 WUR spec is A quick check with an ohm meter will determine if the heating element is defective. It should read 18 to 22 ohms resistance

Could you please link the M12x1.5 barbed hose connectors?

Thank you for the great video. I checked my fuel installation and have the following questions:
    1. How to increase the fuel pressure in the pressure regulator to 5-5.6 bar, I have 4.8 bar. (closed valve)?
    2. Fuel flows through the WUR but the pressure is only 1 bar instead of 1.8-2.2 bar (valve open). WUR to be repaired?

You can increase the system pressure by adding washers to the fuel pressure regulator at the back driver side of the fuel distributor.
Best to check your fuel pump and lines first; I added a washer, then later changed my fuel pump, and pressure was too high after that.
Your system pressure at 1 bar is too low. To me that feels like the WUR is not clogged like mine, otherwise system pressure would be too high. It springs or other components might indeed be broken, allowing to much fuel flow. Or there could also be an issue in the return line to your fuel distributor. I am not sure how to diagnose that best step by step.

There is a pack of screens under the big intake port of the WUR. These screens are probably blocked. They could be pushed out from the inside hole under them using a 1.5 mm cylinder (for example the back of a drill). They do pop out of their original container and I couldn't reinsert them in the same way after cleaning but could push them back under the intake port fitting and that made a hole difference in my WUR working. I was amazed at how small the grids of the screens were when unpacked. I used acetone on them to get them really clean. See also (not my video): ruclips.net/video/SzI4WS6LOoU/видео.html

Yes Wim, you are right. I had found that Volvo WUR video as well, and indeed these filter screens were completely clogged. I'll post a video with my rebuild shortly....
