When I first was watching I was particularly confused at why he didn't say anything when everyone was signing the contract. But then I realized what happens just before he finally warns everyone: he realizes his tracker was removed. Gi-hun was fully expecting the cavalry to ride in at any moment and stop the games, and if you think that, it doesn't really make sense to panic everyone for no reason.
That’s actually the main reason why he felt so bad when he first saw him I think, he was like “omg I was a horrible friend, if only I knew I could give him a few billion won and he won’t ended up here”
@@makaylarhodes7442BS, Gi-Hun 100% would’ve used that money to help his best friend out if he knew he was in debt and was susceptible to being a participant to the games when he could’ve helped him. It needs season "3" to be complete. So them filming season "3" is just them filming season 2 entirely.

A lot of kdramas are great. But I won't recommend The Glory for newbie, especially not born and raised in certain Asian countries. I noticed a lot of people watching it confused why they can't just do this and that, due to cultural and society differences. Kinda the same with All of Us are Dead, where a lot of reactors complaining why the police don't shoot, even though the gun policy is different in SK unlike US.

In the first season, they could vote to leave whenever they wanted, but the money would go to the family of the dead players instead of split between them
I know you guys watched Season 1 - I’m surprised you guys were shading his jazz club diorama and playing music. Front Man did the same exact thing last season - played “Fly Me To The Moon” while Red Light, Green Light was being played, so it was a callback (but remixing the song) to Season 1. Just another note: for all your complaining about Gi-Hun prompting the crowd to freeze throughout the first portion of the game, it was necessary to allow the players to get the timing of the game down. I’m pretty sure a lot more players would not have stopped in time if he didn’t prompt them.
Did y'all forget that his motive is to save all these people and stop the game that's why he's back? So why say "let them play" like??? Did we watch the same first and second episodes because I'm pretty sure it's crystal clear why he's want to end the games, not only for revenge, but to save people who gets manipulated by the creators of the game.
I’m seeing so many reactors pronounce main character Gi-hun with a J sound when y’all are literally watching original language with subs and multiple characters have called out 456’s first name. It’s Gi as as guy, gray, gorgeous, green, grand. Not Gi as in jet, John, jeep, jewel, jail.
19:38 I think it's so cute you guys tried to minimize the "OMG you didn't recognize him?!?!" comments. Since I didn't see it in the comments and didn't hear a discussion correcting it, it's not that the snipers can make their own decisions about shooting the players. The announcer to shoot said 244; she happened to be scanning for that number and realized she recognized the guy. He's number 246, so close to the number they were looking to shoot. Don't worry, many people (including myself) didn't recognize him at first. 😄 Edited to say I did hear your inquiry at the end of the vid. 😉
@@Dheethrone lol he is NOT required for the series. He's a 3rd tier character at best. And if you know anything about acting, the other actors can act circles around him. His acting is cringeworthy.
I wish Suraj didn't make that guess about 001 out loud. I think the surprise was a bit ruined for those that didn't expect it. He was not wrong to do it though. I guess that's the nature of these group reactions where commentary is natural.
This whole season I was so pissed that Jun-Ho didn't tell Gi-Hun that his brother was The Front Man! Like did you not think he needed that information before going back into the games!🤦🏿♀️
I think junho doesn't want his brother getting killed. Also, the front man can't do much to stop the game even if he wants to, there will be new front man to replace him. And just trying to find the front man to interrogate him is just as difficult to track him down. 😅😅
Suraj the mask guy shot him in the knees to use his organs later but 011 lady prevented it by shooting him also she mentioned she took out the loser(You forgot to mention in the editing) it's not the Frontman is aware of the guy below him is overseeing those operations that gets revelead in 2x4 episode😂. Guys 011 kinda recognized Gi-Hun in the 2x2 episode when he was leaving the broker place on the steps while she was climbing the steps she gave a look to him🤔
I wouldn't be surprised to discover Front Man knows about the organ harvesting after all. The whole drama with him not being able to donate his kidney to pay for his wife's treatment, because he already donated it to Jun-ho, seems a little too pointed for it not to come into play later.
I just finished watching season 2 today and I did not realize 001 was the Frontman until I was done and saw a tiktok mention it! I FEEL SO DUMB LMAOO I swear his face looks so different, he looks younger to me IDK but i immediately recognized the dad of the sick girl for some reason lmao
Why is your editor putting spoilers in? I’ve only seen episode 1-4 and now I know from this reaction that the captain is in on it. Also can you guys stop with the culture war bullshit. Gen z this gen z that. You’re just following ceo narratives that divide us. Ignore the culture war
The purple hair Thanos is played by T.O.P, who was part of a boy band - Big Bang, they were the BTS before BTS. He got caught with illegal drug possession, think it was weed, which Koreans are very conservative on. So he got pushed out of the entertainment industry. This role marks his return. TBH, another member of the same group got caught with something more sinister, simple Google should give the full story 🙂 Haven’t seen any channel mentioned this guy, so just thought to bring up here
All the people you named are the true homies... Not me, though, I'm just one more unexpected bill away from going into the Squid Games. May the odds be ever in my favor ... Oh, sht... wrong games😂😅
23:30 Player 444 was already eliminated. But the guy shot him in the let instead to kill. So the shooter girl 011 just finished the job the other one didnt.
she didnt really make a choice not to kill the father guy number 246, she was looking for 244 as it was called out and noticed him. she wasnt suppose to shoot him because his hair moved or anything. you know now who the character is but that was supposed to be the hint that she recognized him and stopped looking for the target 244 and someone else shot 244 while she was staring
You guys 011 is not evil, she was making sure the losers died because that's what they hired her for, she was only doing her job . Plus, if you think about the guy who shot the other guy only shot him in the leg and I’m guessing it was like that to not kill him completely and then use his organs, they can’t use the organs from a dead body (I’m just speculating from season 1)
People choosing to bet on the slim chance they win ALL the money was kinda what they were trying to show you in episode one with he recruiter, human decision making is really something
@@azrael_pendragon no, it's definitely about who is the most destructive with Pat lol. "Entertaining" is subjective, but Pat definitely likes destructive or pragmatic individuals.
He just didn't get enough screen time for the audience to familiarize themselves. I only caught that it was him because of how they lingered on her reaction, otherwise it would've been an odd director choice for someone insignificant. Even later on he still doesn't get much screen time or lines - I don't even remember him talking to anyone about his daughter so I wouldn't be surprised if there are some viewers who straight up just never realize it's him.
as a Korean it sometimes does feel like that, especially when I see comments saying that "they all look alike" (legit saw one reactor who confused No-eul for Sae-byuk, who you know freaking DIED last season 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️). Does it really take that much thinking to realize why the No-eul paused when she noticed player 246? At least they show a flashback of the dad in the next ep even though that was literally the previous ep. Felt like an Apollo Justice flashback meme (iykyk)
0:41 obviously, Suraj is talking about Charles Trevelyan, the Bond Villain from the movie Goldeneye, who planned to import all of the food from Ireland and depriving the local Irish population of food under the guise of Divine Providence and the Free Market. Good thing that Brosnan's James Bond put a stop to that, or else over a million Irish people might have starved to death.
The guy that the sniper girl finished off was already eliminated you can’t just un eliminate yourself cause you weren’t killed properly she just doing her job lmao it’s not like she thinks she’s better than these people 😂

They can't kill the winners, the winners already at the same position like VIPs
13:44 i think this is a callback to season 1 during the dalgona game. gi hun said the same thing i believe
It definitely is. both took place on the third episode and there's the same camera zoom-in.
They clearly remembered nothing from season 1 lmaoo. And if you didn’t finish the show major spoiler in this episode lmao
she finishes off the losers so that their organs do not end up on the black market alongside the game thats all lmao
11:39 Of course the captain looks sus. He is played by Oh Dal-su. Innocent old man says Suraj.
19:57 She didn't make the final call because the father 246 wasn't eliminated.
The announcer said Player 244 is eliminated. The father is Player 246
044 out here looking like player 212 reincarnated😭
Literally watched this to see their reaction to the front man being 001 and Suraj spoils it 5 minutes before! lolol!
Who would've thought that Pat would like Thanos??!
How did I know before even watching this that Thanos was going to be Pat's favorite contestant?
Yes, there ARE people who make it past the discussion, Suraj ;)
Even if y’all did recognize the father they called out 244 and he was 246 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
There are 465 ppl to keep track of. Give them a break.
lmao it’s alright
@@Cody92 it's not about keeping track, it's about reading the subtitles
@AlessaParker Gross 🤢 I'd never.
I think some people focus on what they are reading more than hearing. Visual vs Auditory etc
this is a common issue amongst K-drama/series (and even anime) reactions unfortunately. As a Korean it drives me up the wall 😅
@ Attack on Titan: “MEE-ca-sa”
Reactors: “mee-KAW-SAW”
Demon slayer: “Zeh-neet-seu”
Reactors: “Zee-net-soo”
Bro tried to warn them
Me as a VIP - "Two returning players?!? We are so fucking back!"
Wait, were spoilers y'all just casually put in the reaction about the captain? The fuck?
ofc i made it post discussion, always fun to listen to ya'll speculate
Thanos is actually a K-pop star, T.O.P., from the boy band 'Big Bang.'
Edited to say I did hear your inquiry at the end of the vid. 😉
The purple hair is TOP from Bigbang you guys did reacted to him, he one of king of kpop
So that's why his acting is so bad compared to everyone else.
@konohahurricane07 without him this series is dead. Haters
King Of Kpop never of heard him😂.... I only know BTS. What the fuck is BigBang
@@konohahurricane07 sorry? Are you hater? Criticus internasional praise him even Hollywood Reporter shut up the only one hate him is KNETZ
@@Dheethrone lol he is NOT required for the series. He's a 3rd tier character at best. And if you know anything about acting, the other actors can act circles around him. His acting is cringeworthy.

But Suraj is right here! They had no real articulation of their accusation. So if they are right, it would be a guess and not a deduction.
Made it post discussion Suraj 😆 Really looking forward to all of the normies SG2 reactions 😊
I love the random pauses to insert additions to the video
actor played Thanos is a legend rapper from korea he's name is T.O.P
I love the twist at the end of this episode
Its not the hair 246 is the father of the sick kid, how could you miss that? ;)
19:39 I had no idea until this PSA, thanks
The purple hair Thanos is played by T.O.P, who was part of a boy band - Big Bang, they were the BTS before BTS. He got caught with illegal drug possession, think it was weed, which Koreans are very conservative on. So he got pushed out of the entertainment industry. This role marks his return. TBH, another member of the same group got caught with something more sinister, simple Google should give the full story 🙂
Haven’t seen any channel mentioned this guy, so just thought to bring up here
I look forward to seeing you keeping your word and getting a tattoo of a squid!
For reference: 45.6 billion won is about $310 million USD
All the people you named are the true homies...
Not me, though, I'm just one more unexpected bill away from going into the Squid Games.
May the odds be ever in my favor
...
Oh, sht... wrong games😂😅
"She's dead as hell" lmaoooo
Petition to change the episode's name to "Thanos VS Killer Bee (Naruto)"
You guys 011 is not evil, she was making sure the losers died because that's what they hired her for, she was only doing her job . Plus, if you think about the guy who shot the other guy only shot him in the leg and I’m guessing it was like that to not kill him completely and then use his organs, they can’t use the organs from a dead body (I’m just speculating from season 1)
25:57 You know the answer, Micki: the pocketbook voters. Also the viewers and Netflix.
Oh heck yeah I was waiting for this
People choosing to bet on the slim chance they win ALL the money was kinda what they were trying to show you in episode one with he recruiter, human decision making is really something
yes Suraj we heard you in the end xD
Thanos is a better psycho than Snake Face was, he's so unhinged
Made it to the end of the vid... For England, James 🤣
9:12 I called it! Patrick attaches himself to the biggest POS on every show. Is this an act or is he really this horrible a person?
Nah he is like me, it's not about that but rather who is the most entertaining
@@azrael_pendragon no, it's definitely about who is the most destructive with Pat lol. "Entertaining" is subjective, but Pat definitely likes destructive or pragmatic individuals.
@@azrael_pendragon "entertaining" is subjective; aspelund has a pretty accurate assessment of what Pat finds entertaining.
Villains are always the correct ones
He’s not a horrible person; just immensely immature
LOL "OH SURAJ" I DIED
"Noob vs Pro vs Hacker" ahh season😭🙏
Tbf a lot of reactors did not realize that was the dad. It maybe internalized racism 😭.
Felt like an Apollo Justice flashback meme (iykyk)
and out of the 6 of them, no one recognized the dad.
The guy that the sniper girl finished off was already eliminated you can’t just un eliminate yourself cause you weren’t killed properly she just doing her job lmao it’s not like she thinks she’s better than these people 😂
les gooooooo i had been waiting for this
edit: and i made it to the end bud
Thanos was Fantastic!!
Thanks for the breakdown! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
I heard that always sunny reference “ money me” 😂😂
26:50 ... 24,931,500 won to usd is 16,918 usd divided amongst 356 players it's like 47 dollars each .... but yeah its not too bad they say the experts in currency conversion and economics hahaha
