Listening to you take the time to have actual musical input when you stopped and commented was actually quite different than most others. Your insight to understanding the subtitles within the structure of the song was very well placed. As musicians, I believe it is almost natural to find the faults or deficiencies in other players or bands. Also most people who listen and review almost never have an actual musical foundation on which to base their input. By far, you have presented one of the most informative and factual reviews that I have seen to date. Well done!!

I love Jinjer reactions by musical professionals. I may have heard the song 100 or more times, but I can still learn something. As others have said, Tatiana has voiced her admiration of Mikael Akerfeldt, and Jinjer's bassist Eugene has many times stated Opeth is his favorite band. However, Tatiana's first inspiration to learn what she calls her 'extreme' vocals came in her mid teens after hearing Otep Shamaya and her band, Otep. She assumed they had two singers, a woman for the cleans and a guy to growl and was shocked when a friend told her the woman is their only vocalist. I find it amusing that Tatiana is now making others think that same thing with her performances. After you've heard a few of their songs though, you'll discover their influences are very diverse and from a number of different genres. In case you've not looked them up, they are from Ukraine, with Tatiana, Eugene, and Roman (guitar) being from Eastern Ukraine, so their first language is Russian. I believe drummer Vlad is from Western Ukraine. All four are fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and English. I believe they have only one song that's entirely in Russian (and also entirely in growls) and one off their last album that has parts in Russian. To my knowledge everything else they've released is in English.

@@JWSoundworks2 Home Back is also a must listen. It shows to what insane lows Tatiana can go (in the best possible sense), and its an incredibly sincere, well crafted song. Others that I really like that are rarely reacted to are Ape and Noah.
Great reaction, thanks. There's so called "Jinjer rabbit hole" and "Pisces" is not just a song - it's a common entrance to that hole. It's a deep hole. I personally know a lot of reaction channels with dozens of reactions to Jinjer's songs. And that hole is a tricky labyrinth. If you'll move deeper you'll find there lots unexpected things and there's no proper way which song you should choose next. It depends on your personal preferences and Jinjer can satisfy lots of the preferences variations. Musical skills of the band are obvious but I'd like to ask you to pay attention to lyrics of the band. It's really deep, clever and poetic, dispite the fact that English is the third Tatiana's language (the singer and main lyricist of the band). Pisces is a good example of her writing skills. She is a Pisces (today is her birthday actually) and she sings about herself but also about the duality of human nature. I'd say each of her lyrics has a message and it worth to be heard.
I'm definitely looking forward to more from Jinjer. I will definitely delve into the lyrics. My brain always analyses and takes in harmony/melody etc. first by default. It's been like that forever now, I can't help it. But one of the benefits of repeated listening for me is to finally get into the lyrics! 😊🤘
I've watched several reactions to this from so called singer songwriters, none picked up on the time signature, you nailed it in seconds... There's a reason to sub right there, someone that listens and knows what they are hearing.
For some insanely tight Jinjer, check out the live version of "Who's Gonna Be the One". Never seen a band at a big outdoor concert hold everything so tight. Bass and drums in particular.
Excellent reaction, I appreciate your insight into what makes Jinjer so special. You weren't hung up on Tati's growl but brought out details about the whole band and their talent. And you mentioned bands with a related sound! Well done!
Subscribed, great reaction and I love listening to reactors that know what they are talking about musically. Most reactions focus on Tati's vocals, which is understandable, but the band is very, very good behind her. Almost every song you listen to from them will sound different, even though there are some commonalities in them that are immediately recognizable as Jinjer.
Excellent commenting and observations!- you are obviously very musically knowledgeable, paying close attention, hearing instrumental details and understanding the song structure so quickly. And appreciating the phenomenal talent of Tatiana, Roman, Eugene, and Vlad. You reacted exactly the way I did on first hearing this... Jinjer rules!
Cant help but laugh with tears in my eyes every time I watch this because watching people realize what they've been missing in Jinjer for the first time is always an emotional experience. Especially fellow musicians who know exactly what kind of hidden talent is laying within these 4.
Loved the emphasis on the musicians. Tatiana always has the element of surprise going on for her on this, but, as you said, the musicians run a very tight ship here. They´re awesome. Great reaction. Thanks for sharing!
Yeah I had to stop too. Watched dozen of these reviews already and while its entertaining to see some rappers jaws drop, your insight into almost everything from the first listen was without a doubt the best reaction I have seen. Great job
There are so many reactions to this amazing piece of music, for obvious reasons. Yours was one of the best. Why? Because you are one of the few who really understands how talented this entire band is. Please do more Jinjer. I suggest Perennial - Live at Wacken.
That's great to hear. Thank you for taking the time to let me know. I appreciate it. You'll be glad to know that my Perennial reaction is coming tomorrow!
I've watched well over 100 reaction/commentary videos highlighting Jinjer-Pisces. This was one of the best. Primarily because not only did you show true admiration for Tatiana's once-in-a-generation vocal talents, but you also put a spotlight on the amazing band members and their creative skills. Something about professionals respecting professionals that really does it for me. Great work.
Well then there is the traditional order: After Pisces, Perennial live in Wacken 2019, Who's gonna be the one live (ov), Teacher Teacher (ov). The possibilities are immense.
That is the traditional order, but I would suggest doing Teacher Teacher (ov) next...a great mix of the band's talent with a wide range of Tati's skills. Then, go to the Who's Gonna Be the One live to hear Tati growl through most of the song. And then, do the Perennial live at Wacken. The reason I like that order is you get to see a lot of aspects of both the band and Tati's vocals, and then in Perennial, you not only hear some seriously tight musicianship (and Eugene tearing it up), but...how do I say this without giving anything away...lets just say, if you thought Tatiana was amazing up til this point, just wait. And, then do the Judgement and Punishment one-take, cuz it's just so cool.
Excellent reaction and analysis of the band. There’s so much to unpack with this group’s music. “Teacher Teacher “, “I Speak Astronomy”, “Perennial-live at Wacken”, and “Who’s Gonna Be The One “, are usually the next songs people suggest; “Outlander”, “Cloud Factory”, and “Words of Wisdom” are some of their older stuff. “The Prophecy” and “Home Back” are their newest releases so far; and there are so many excellent songs in between. “Retrospection-live Kiev”, “Captain Clock- Resurrectionfest “, “Judgement and Punishment (both the one take vocal and official)”, “Ape”, “Pit of Consciousness -live Kiev”, “On The Top”, “ Sit, Stay, Roll Over”..... the list goes on and on. I haven’t found a bad Jinjer song yet.
The band have stated that that in the post production of this live session are added some additional guitar and backing vocal tracks, witch they often do live as well. This live session was to make video introducing at that time their new drummer Vlad as his drumming style is quite different from the previous drummer who did the album recording.
As a musician you might dig some of their playthrough videos: ruclips.net/p/PL8Cat-ogVJo8UhZuohvtoO-B7KyHjgSzL I really love the groovy and proggy nature of their music and how they can mix other music genres with metal and make it sound like it was meant to be. The songs "Jugdment (and Punishment)" and "Home Back" are great examples of this.
Ok, so after all the Jinjer reactions I've seen, yours was the one that most resembled mine. When they come out of the bridge into the coda, you get that STANK look on your face that says it all. Finally someone who appreciates ALL the musicianship, not just the vocals.
Such a great reaction to an extremely talented and special band! Loved it, very insigthful and enjoyable video. These guys are really something else. My 2 cents: "Perennial" live at Wacken is already across all comments and it´s a very good showcase of how good they are live. If you really want crazy time signature changes try the amazing piece of music that is "Teacher, Teacher" official. It+s one of their masterpieces! Keep up the Jinjer train!
You are late to the party my friend but all are welcome. “Perennial” live at Wacken “Teacher Teacher” Official video “Captain Clock” live at Resurrection Fest “I Speak Astronomy” Official video Just to name a few of many. Nice reaction. Do more Jinjer. The Jinjer army will be here momentarily. P. S. Today is the lead singer’s birthday. Tatiana is her name. Roman (guitar) Eugene (bass) Vlad (drums)
It's never too late to experience Jinjer! I hope you carry on enjoying the band dude, they have so much to offer musically. You sound musically switched on which makes for a better reaction, TY.
I fell down the Jinjer rabbit hole a couple years ago. I was always averse to growling in vocals. Avatar was the first band that got me to actually listen to that style, and Jinjer sealed the deal. Eugene (the bass player) has done a number of Zoom interviews with reaction channels - The Music Shed did a GREAT three part interview that is well worth checking out. I messaged Eugene on Facebook after that interview and asked him for a good starting point if I wanted to check out Opeth, and he immediately said "Deliverance." Through that recommendation, I also listened to "Damnation" and now I'm a fan of Opeth too! There is also a great video of Eugene and Roman (the guitarist) playing Pisces with just the drum accompaniment (no vocals) - so you will be able to see what you are identifying as the keyboard is actually just Eugene's two-handed tapping technique. Cheers, and welcome to the Jinjer Army!
So what you were perceiving as a keyboard part was Roman doing a backing track on guitar. Jinjer used to be a bigger band, with a second guitar player. When they went down to a three-piece (plus vocals) they still had to play their older stuff, including Pisces, so they use backing tracks on Vlad's laptop. Since they do that anyway, they are thus not shy about using extra compositional elements in their songs, both studio versions and live as well. And of course, this has _tons_ of extra production on it, including doubled vocal tracks in many places.
One of the best reviews of the Pisces. Thanks a lot! As someone with musical background myself I appreciate immensely your detailed professional approach, good ear and emotional response to this amazing piece of music. Would love to see more reactions from you. Cheers!
I have seen over 100 Pisces reactions over the years. Yours was by far the best. I loved your genuine reactions and in-depth analysis. Amazing work. Subbed.
I was literally just showing this song to some friends of mine last night and telling them how much they remind me of Opeth. Which then sent us down an Opeth and Porcupine Tree rabbit hole because those two bands cross over so much. Loved the reaction. Tatiana and the band are really something special.
Anything literally everything is great by them. I love judgment and punishment reggae vibes. Perennial epic and fast growl to clean vocal transitions. Teacher Teacher hip hop vibes as well as prog time signatures and blast beats. Band is Hella good.
Dude, great break down and reaction. I’m a hermit so I enjoy seeing others experience something I enjoy; it’s kind of a self check. I can’t believe you didn’t give it 10, but I had to subscribed because I thought and would do the same thing. Keep going down the rabbit hole because Tatiana is amazing. 🤘🏻
No surprise that you're getting Opeth vibes, it's what got Tati into doing growling. More of the band members have mentioned them as an inspiration as well. You're going to love this journey of discovery, since this is a very diverse band with four seriously talented musicians. Without it ever being the intent, Picses has become sort of a portal into the bands catalogue. It was recorded to show off the drummer Vlad, who plays it quite differently from the drummer he replaced. I am sure you will get a lot of requests, but I have always agreed with most other people that Perennial live at Wacken Open Air is a good 2nd song to do. After that you can pick pretty much anything, since all their songs are good, some are even better live than the record version, imho. You won't get any prog length songs, even though I pretty much put them in the prog genre of metal, or at least very close. I think "I speak Astronomy" is one of their longest. The official video of that one is great, and that's recorded with Dimitriy Kim who was their 4th drummer. Vlad is their 5th, but the one who's stayed for the longest period of time, since 2016. Loved your reaction and all the comments, subbed.
Some super info there, thank you. I will definitely be doing a second reaction of this band and want to look more into them for real, for my own pleasure. Thanks for suggestions and glad you enjoyed! 🤘
One of the most thoughtful and meaningful reactions I've seen out of the hundreds I've watched. You've earned a new subscriber and a few cups of coffee!
First watch, new subscriber here. I watch Jinjer reactions to watch faces twist up. I like the way you break things down and almost felt bad when she mutated. Yes, your face twisted up with righteous appreciation. Good stuff.
Nice spot about the Opeth influence. Tati has said in a recent interview that Opeth was the band that made her want to do growls when she was in high school, afaik, she recently hit her 30s, so there's for sure early Opeth in Tati's vocals.
Thanks! Early Opeth is where it's at! Everything upto Blackwater Park is sheer perfection to me, still love their stuff afterwards too, but those were their golden years, imo. 🤘
I watched serveral reviews of pisces but you're the only one so far that would announced the "influence" of opeth that's exactly the same that i tought when i hear this song for the first time....good job as everytime👍🏻
I know that this is old. I love Jinjer. It made me so happy that you heard Opeth undertones & you named 1 of my favorite songs & favorite album by them. I heard Opeth the 1st time I ever heard this song. I had a huge Opeth phase it was the only thing I listened to for awhile. GHOST REVERIES...YES!!!
...nice reaction and comments...the jinjer army will be stopping by to give you all kinds of friendly info and requests.... "perennial" live from wacken will be in the mix...this band is insane cuz....please do more..dig your comments...subbin...thanks...peace....
Incredible reaction, your physical responses (stank face and such) and concise commentary are why I subbed. .I recommend “Teacher Teacher” next.. Keep it up! Peace. ✌🏼 Can’t wait for the TOOL / APC / PUSCIFER rabbit hole.
Welcome to Jinjer planet. I agree with other posters that you should react to PERENNIAL LIVE at Wacken next. And for the 3rd review I suggest JINJER - Who Is Gonna Be The One (Live) | Napalm Records
It's really remarkable that your reaction video was released almost exactly four years after the release of this original live session Pisces video. And even though I must've watched at the very least 70 reaction videos to this particular song, your insight and observations added something new and described some interesting details here. So, thank you! My suggestions: "Judgement & Punishment One Take", "Perennial live at Wacken", "Teacher teacher" or "Who's gonna be the one".😊
Thank you very much for your comments. Glad to know you enjoyed it! I have another Jinjer reaction coming tomorrow so keep an eye out for that one too 😊
Welcome! This is a great start. But there is so much more to Jinjer. Teacher, teacher (official), Who's Gonna be the One (Live), Perennial (Live), Introspection (official), and Home Back (official) are all top tier. You really can't go wrong with Jinjer. One of the best things...to me..is that the sound as good Live as they do in official music videos. Some bands live either take off on a tangent or just don't produce the same quality. Jinjer does - consistently. ------------------ Another suggestion I would make is to check out the lyrics too. There's deep levels of thought in this stuff. This is where a 10 outshines a 9....the complete production.
Thank you! The quality throughout is really apparent here. Incredible stuff. Good call on the lyrics, too. They're usually a secondary or even tertiary thing for me as a musician. But I will definitely look into them on repeated listens. 🤘
I've commented on it many times in various reaction videos and in the video itself, and I finally see someone who knows about music say the same thing I said. They have a brutal influence from Opeth, at least in this song (and in others, but especially in this one), completely latent. The structure, the guitar modulations and melodies, the drums full of ghostnotes, Martin Mendez's bass doing those taps and sustains and of course, Tatiana's voice changes are nailed to Mikael's...they are very good, but you can see perfectly where they suckled from. Which on the other hand is perfectly normal in the creative process. Have references. Great Reaction.
Yes, there is a traditional order, and her vocal performance with Perennial live is insane. That being said, I didn't care for their newest album (Macro) when it first came out. Now, I can't get enough. The live in Kiev versions of Pit of Consciousness and On the Top show their polish and incredible talent live, and Cloud Factory live shows the band right after Vlad joined and Tati was on another level. Good Luck!
@@JWSoundworks2 thanks for the reply. They are definitely worth checking out. I first learned about them in 2017. I've really enjoyed the reactions to their songs on the various channels over the years. Lots of fun to see what people have to say. 👍

The guitarist is playing a modified A minor chord 1 octave higher, while droning the open A string. But, the bassist is using tapping techniques to capture the lower octave the guitarist is missing. This is how they achieve that piano sound.
couple of things 1. welcome to the JINJER ARMY. 2. thankyou for your reviews focusing on the band not just like the singer (who is amazing, but so are the other 3 members) like SO many other reaction vids. 3. fusion, this band is awesome for composing songs that showcase their wide range of musical styles that they enjoy listening to. 4. next after Teacher Teacher should be "judgement and punishment' and 'Home Back' keep it up brother. love the channel
Finally, a reactor who knows what he is talking about! You'll love your Jinjer journey. Might want to start in the earlier years with "Cloud Factory" or "Who's Gonna Be The One", both live. But work up to anything from LIVE IN KIEV" (key-ev) such as "Pit of Consciousness", "Retrospection", or "On The Top".
You need to see them live there's a lot of live videos of Jinjer. Live in Melbourne and live in kiev are the most popular ones this band is special next level stuff enjoy the jinjer rabbit hole. They infuse many different types of music into their sound and it all works well. Older jinjer is more metal core than the newer stuff. This band brought me back to metal after a hiatus exploring other music. Glad to see you enjoying one of my favorite bands. The line up has changed a few times but Tatiana The singer Eugene the bassest and Roman the guitarist have been the core of the band for the last few years. This video was made to show off Vlad's drumming style. Side note Vlad is a classically trained peanist as well . Peace from Stan the Alaskan. Just subbed 😁.
Yesss I am enjoying your reactions, love your facial expressions, they remind me of Rinus Gerritsen, (can't imagine you not knowing him for he's been around for over 5 decades, but just in case, bassplayer of The Golden Earring). I've seen so many reactions to Jinjer (always with goosebumps) but yours is the best, I'll listen one more time.. :-)))))
Happy birthday to Tati. No keyboards, just Eugene doing Eugene things on bass. Might try Teacher Teacher, Perineal live at Wacken, or Homeback.....but really you can't miss with any of their songs.
Nice reaction....always good to watch someone who understands and appreciates what's going on. Subbed. I see you've already had a bunch of comments suggesting other songs. Can't disagree with any of the suggestions, however, would love to get your take on "Ape" - it's a short song but a wild ride for sure. Also, "Teacher, Teacher", "Pit of Consciousness", "Just Another", etc.....
The best part is, if you liked the song that much you’re in for a real world surprise… There’s barely scratches the surface… Subscribe button smashed for more !!! Teacher teacher , perennial live at wacken ... On the top Live in Kiev .... Who is going to be the one live... Hell just do them all LOL!!!!!!!
I know I am really late to this video but it was a great reaction. I used to watch every reaction to this I could find, but now I will only watch the reactions from music professionals. I the person reacting doesn't know music they almost never understand how amazing the entire band is.
As already someone wrote on another film, someone else's grief are holy words: "This is my new hobby on the internet - seeing the faces of people who have never heard Jinjer" ... Holly words :) And yeah, nice Opeth vibes

Never knew I would like metal. But I have watched so many of their songs now. New addiction watching these reactions
Pisces is a gateway song. Mine was actually Outlander. You never forget your first encounter with Tatiana.
Great choice. Love that one
Yep, that one is a must watch!
Excellent reaction, I appreciate your insight into what makes Jinjer so special. You weren't hung up on Tati's growl but brought out details about the whole band and their talent. And you mentioned bands with a related sound! Well done!
Thanks Travis, glad you enjoyed. 👍
Thanks for the feedback. Glad you enjoyed it! 🤘😊
Yeah I had to stop too. Watched dozen of these reviews already and while its entertaining to see some rappers jaws drop, your insight into almost everything from the first listen was without a doubt the best reaction I have seen. Great job
Dude, that means a lot! Very kind of you. Glad you enjoyed! Thanks. 🤘
I have been watching Jinjer reactions for fun. Yours are my favourite I love the intensity of your honest reaction to this, so next level!
Thanks Attie!
You really feel the music. Want to see some more of your reactions.
Plenty more to react to. Nice to see someone that is not fake reacting to this.
Agreed....sheeeze.
Great work.
Thank you Chris, glad you enjoyed the commentary. 😊👍
Literally the best analysis and reaction I've seen. Subbed for more Jinjer 🤘
"Who's gonna be the one" is my next pick personally.
Great reaction , subbed for more Jinjer
New Jinjer one coming tomorrow dude. 👍
Well then there is the traditional order: After Pisces, Perennial live in Wacken 2019, Who's gonna be the one live (ov), Teacher Teacher (ov). The possibilities are immense.
Thanks Valerie!
@@macthegov actually filmed Perennial live at Wacken earlier today, so should have it up in the next few days. 😊
@@JWSoundworks2 Cool. That's probably my fav performance so far. Look forward to seeing your reaction.
You have a really great journey ahead of you. Jinjer has not one bad song and live they absolutely kill it.
You need more subscribers. Great commentary and evaluation, and you’ve got some chops, yourself.
I’m sticking around. Keep them coming.
Thank you very much, Michael. I really appreciate the kind words. I will do! 🤘👍
Oh yeah man, love seeing how much you dig this, this is just one of the best bands in modern metal, hands down, dive in Brother 😁
Thanks Ryan. 👍 Teacher Teacher is coming on Friday, and I've also done a reaction to Perennial (live at Wacken).
AMAZING reaction! Every comment, on point! Enjoyed every second of it. As a huge Opeth fan and a new Jinjer fan, I'm subbing!
The band have stated that that in the post production of this live session are added some additional guitar and backing vocal tracks, witch they often do live as well.
This live session was to make video introducing at that time their new drummer Vlad as his drumming style is quite different from the previous drummer who did the album recording.
As a musician you might dig some of their playthrough videos: ruclips.net/p/PL8Cat-ogVJo8UhZuohvtoO-B7KyHjgSzL
I really love the groovy and proggy nature of their music and how they can mix other music genres with metal and make it sound like it was meant to be. The songs "Jugdment (and Punishment)" and "Home Back" are great examples of this.
I have watched probably 30!of these reactions. Yours is priceless. Perfect emotions well done
Ok, so after all the Jinjer reactions I've seen, yours was the one that most resembled mine. When they come out of the bridge into the coda, you get that STANK look on your face that says it all. Finally someone who appreciates ALL the musicianship, not just the vocals.
Great reaction especially right after her normal voice "high break" towards the end - man, that still gets me every time!
This is the most talented group in many many years. And there very fan friendly.
Thank you - just uploaded Perennial last night 😊

@@JWSoundworks2 Yeah, I saw it right after this comment :) Good stuff
Great reaction. This was fun to watch
Thanks Robby! 👍
You are late to the party my friend but all are welcome.
“Perennial” live at Wacken
“Teacher Teacher” Official video
“Captain Clock” live at Resurrection Fest
“I Speak Astronomy” Official video
Just to name a few of many. Nice reaction. Do more Jinjer. The Jinjer army will be here momentarily.
P. S. Today is the lead singer’s birthday.
Tatiana is her name. Roman (guitar) Eugene (bass) Vlad (drums)
Thank you! Really looking forward to Jinjer being a new obsession! 🤘
@@JWSoundworks2 they really make it to easy to be obsessed. Brilliant band all around.
@@JWSoundworks2 These are all great. Don’t leave out Judgement and Punishment - one take.
This list!!
It's never too late to experience Jinjer!
I hope you carry on enjoying the band dude, they have so much to offer musically.
You sound musically switched on which makes for a better reaction,
TY.
Awesome reaction! Instant sub here. You are going to be bombarded with suggestions. Not a bad thing. Perennial live from Waken 2019 let's go
Thanks Edwin! You'll be glad to know that I filmed that one a couple of days ago and it's going up on Friday! 👌
Not sure if anybody´s mentioned it but in the bridge, starting at around 9:30, they have layered whispers on top of her singing. Very nice touch.
You are 100% right Opeth is one of their listen too bands. Try Teacher Teacher by Jinjer. Love your reaction look forward to more.
Thank you Mike. Glad you enjoyed it. My reaction to Teacher Teacher is coming this weekend, keep an eye out for it! 👍
One of the best reviews of the Pisces. Thanks a lot! As someone with musical background myself I appreciate immensely your detailed professional approach, good ear and emotional response to this amazing piece of music. Would love to see more reactions from you. Cheers!
Thank you very much, Valeria. 😊
This is one of the most realistic reactions what i saw.
Glad to hear you enjoyed. Thank you!
I have seen over 100 Pisces reactions over the years. Yours was by far the best. I loved your genuine reactions and in-depth analysis. Amazing work. Subbed.
That's very kind of you to say. Thanks for that!
I was literally just showing this song to some friends of mine last night and telling them how much they remind me of Opeth. Which then sent us down an Opeth and Porcupine Tree rabbit hole because those two bands cross over so much. Loved the reaction. Tatiana and the band are really something special.
Subbed. I think I am going to really enjoy watching you discover Jinjer. Who is gonna be the one (live) would be a good one.
Filmed Perennial (Wacken) earlier today - will be up later this week keep an eye out!
It was Otep who got Tatiana into screaming, not Opeth. ; )
@@Module79L Yup, brainfart. But Opeth has been cited as the inspiration for many of the band members too.
@@janfransson5910 - Yes but only as a stylistic influence. : )
@@Module79L Yes, so in that JW was correct when he got Opeth vibes.
One of the most thoughtful and meaningful reactions I've seen out of the hundreds I've watched. You've earned a new subscriber and a few cups of coffee!
That's really kind of you, Chad! Thank you very much, man. 🤓🤝
I would highly recommend their performance of "Perennial" (live at Wacken Open Air 2019)
Filmed it today - will be up later this week. 👍🤘
Man your reactions are so genuine. Thank you!
Thank you, dude!
Great reaction to a great performance from a great band! A trifecta of terrific!!!
First use of the word trifecta in all of my RUclips comments! Nice!
Tatiana had 15.3. Birthday, she is in zodiac Pisces, she write all the lyrics, she is amazing ))) best moment for reacting video, hihi, good job
Great reaction. We can tell who has pre watched this before the "reaction". Wonderful analysis.
Feels so nice to click a video and hear someone with an N.I accent! Great analysis and I've subbed 😊
Loved it right across the board! Stunning! Thanks. 👌
Incredible reaction, your physical responses (stank face and such) and concise commentary are why I subbed.
.I recommend “Teacher Teacher” next.. Keep it up! Peace. ✌🏼
Can’t wait for the TOOL / APC / PUSCIFER rabbit hole.
Such a great band!!! Great reaction!
Welcome to Jinjer planet. I agree with other posters that you should react to PERENNIAL LIVE at Wacken next. And for the 3rd review I suggest JINJER - Who Is Gonna Be The One (Live) | Napalm Records
Thanks Mark - I have Perennial live at Wacken going up later this week, make sure you subscribe to get the alert :)
Jinjer is the best modern band IMO.. Try Teacher Teacher, I speak astronomy, Judgement and punishment.
I have another Jinjer reaction coming tomorrow so keep an eye out for that one too 😊
I loved your Opeth comparisson becuase thats exactly what the part after the secon chorus reminds me of
Opeth is the bassist's Eugene's favorite band, so he would be honored by your reaction.
He has good taste! 😁🤘
The bass 2 hand tapping is giving you the piano sound/feel
Teacher Teacher and the live version of Perennial at Wacken are both great choices to start with for more Jinjer
Filmed Perennial at Wacken today - will be up later this week. Thanks! 🤘
Good Luck!
Great reaction man
Thanks dude!
Have fun. Jinjer is great stuff.
Thanks Doug. I have another Jinjer reaction coming tomorrow :)
@@JWSoundworks2 thanks for the reply. They are definitely worth checking out. I first learned about them in 2017. I've really enjoyed the reactions to their songs on the various channels over the years. Lots of fun to see what people have to say. 👍
Welcome to the entrance of the Jinjer rabbit hole. The deeper you go the better it gets.
great reaction, awesome band
Hello very nice react' , (I wish to see more react from you after Þis one ;) ) You can watch to "Perennial( Live at Wacken festival)", "Pit of conciousness", "On Þe top", "Retrospection" How's gonna be Þe one(live Atlas) etc.. Have a nice day an' stay safe :) Kisses
The guitarist is playing a modified A minor chord 1 octave higher, while droning the open A string. But, the bassist is using tapping techniques to capture the lower octave the guitarist is missing. This is how they achieve that piano sound.
Really like your Opeth comparison ! Right On!
FINALLY, a reactor who mention the clearly "Opeth" influence!!! Liked video!!
couple of things
1. welcome to the JINJER ARMY.
2. thankyou for your reviews focusing on the band not just like the singer (who is amazing, but so are the other 3 members) like SO many other reaction vids.
3. fusion, this band is awesome for composing songs that showcase their wide range of musical styles that they enjoy listening to.
4. next after Teacher Teacher should be "judgement and punishment' and 'Home Back'
keep it up brother. love the channel
Thanks dude!
@@JWSoundworks2 just caught up on your other vids. 🤘🤘🤘
Very kind of you. Thank you. I know of the band Golden Earring but not so much as to know the bassist!
Lol I may do! Thanks man. Filmed Perennial live at Wacken today so should be up later this week. 👍
I know I am really late to this video but it was a great reaction. I used to watch every reaction to this I could find, but now I will only watch the reactions from music professionals. I the person reacting doesn't know music they almost never understand how amazing the entire band is.
Loved your video on this
Yes Tatiana looks up to Ackerfelt, but the vibes come from Eugene's obsession with Opeth.
An Opeth fan and cute accent? Subscribed!
As already someone wrote on another film, someone else's grief are holy words:
"This is my new hobby on the internet - seeing the faces of people who have never heard Jinjer" ...
Holly words :)
And yeah, nice Opeth vibes
