      Thanks! I really like the T8 shorts; they're super light weight, moisture wicking and offer some storage

    Strong run! I was there for the 50k. What would you change in your training for attempting UTMB a second time?

      Thank you! Ultimately probably more dedicated sessions. I think I could have cut back on total time running and do more strength training, hill sprints, intervals etc. And see a PT :D

      @@easier-said-than-run as expected, I’ve only been doing this a year and I’m older. Small issue for 5-6 miles that slowed me down but problem solved and got past it. I’m really interested in getting better and I 100% know strength training will do that but for some reason just do the running part. I’m debating occ vs ccc but with my utmb index where it is at I’ll probably do OCC. Chasing cutoffs is no fun.
