Leaving... Leaving my childhood home in Launceston, Cornwall

I lived in this house from 1971 until 1990, and again from 1992 until 1995. In 2011, following my father's death, my mum decided to move away. This documentary recalls a few of the memories of a childhood in Cornwall during the final days of packing. The film was shot on a Kodak Zi8 camera.

Lovely video Paddy. Great memories of your Dad and all his inventions. I miss my visits to your parents house as well. You missed out the train set up in the roof and the secret panel in the workshop wall, where he stored his ladder under the kitchen floor. lolol.

I took a Rabbi's tour from London that went to many places in Cornwall, with just a short stop in this nice place. Launceston looks lovely. I got sad and nostalgic watching your beautiful video! I hope wherever you live now brings you beautiful memories like in this video. :-)
