- This video shows how to update HP System BIOS through USB.
Attention! When you have to update BIOS attached your system to Un-Interrupted Power Source (UPS). And don't turn off your system during BIOS Update. If did so, system will not display or will not start, so be careful.

Is PC is ddr2 or ddr3 sir
HP 8000 & 6000 series is DDR3
6000 & 8000 C2D Series DDR3 support and 6005 is with AMD
Similarly
8100 is 1st generation
8200 is 2nd generation
8300 is 3rd generation
All these are DDR3 supported
but i have normall pendrive empty do i need only to copy this one file or even full folder to or what? and why you have folder "miced data"
Extremely Sorry for answering too much late. I saw your comment watched and forgot to answer.
You have to only copy BIOS BIN File in Root Directory ( Main ) of USB PEN Drive (Flash Drive). It doesn't matter you already have data in it or not. But remember PC/System may unable to read PEN Drive which is formatted with NTFS File System.
Read Instructions given in README.TXT File provided with BIOS Update Package.

USB Flash should be formatted on FAT32 file system.

No, Issue BIOS Update is same to all OS, (Only in specific cases its different which is mentioned in in WhatsNew.TXT / README.TXT or README.HTML file included in BIOS Update package or with download link. See details).
Here I am updating BIOS which is not OS dependent are PC directly picks update from CD-ROM or USB when asked.
But If you are updating from Operating System you need to run it in "Administrator" mode.
But to me it's best and easy method I used in current Video.
