Hello, i have issue with my new i5 3470 i try to replace with my old i3 3220 but sadly no screen show up and i hear a 5 beep i search about it i figure out that the bios is the problem but I dont want to risk my pc to upgrade ramdom bios thats why I'm here i really need my pc for school work btw my pc specs HP Compaq Pro 6300 SFF Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3220 CPU @ 3.30GHz System bios K01 v02.83 I really need what bios i need to upgrade to i5 3470 I don't have really knowledge about computer but I'm trying to know about it

and you can't install any other bios bc it will be corupted or have many issues or crashes. You must install the bios what is from your comouter available. You can modify (edit) your bios but there 50%/50% that will work properly. You can edit bios in your own risk!. BIOS is a chip in motherboard whih is powered by "Battery" (bios battery) whih everyone remove and put back, bc they want reset bios setting or give new battery If something get too much power then dont wory only your "Motherboard" & " Cpu" & "Disk" will be burned but dvd and power suply and usb things and .... will be very OK!. Bc of this i saved my USB Disk 1TB. (whih have protect too) but mother board dont give much "bad" energy to your usb connectors only if something happen more dangerous then there 50%/50% that your usb and others components will work!. "hp compaq Pro XXXX sff" Motherboards is not very good created abaut efficiency, because they deleting some aspects and modify, because they want to pay less (exaple: Normal = 100$, they do example: their: 80$), Sometimes they give normal mother board but in my version they give me budget mother board And! 4x sata is sata 3 mostly & adn if not then sata 3. In my version where in fabric producent webside it's say 2.0 and in ChatGPT and others but my motherboard Have sata 3. Well don't trust tooo much in producent's first go heck it by your self.!
