Just an update using the last filters and a new NeckFX for the Maserati.

As for my ppfilters, i'm pretty happy with the scripts and all (my all time favourite being the oldschooler Cams). Just found out i still had my gamma up the roof, it's fixed.
I still need to script each parameter for each weather condition but that can wait until next time. You can trash my old ppfilters and edits as they are not relevant anymore.
For Reshade, i'm moving a bit faster : you'll now be able to use SSDO and another ambiant occlusion shader, works freaking well with the grass and forest sceneries. As well a cool way to only affect parts of the scene, depending on the depth, which will help a lot to enhance cockpit details without affecting the skies. A lot to uncover, but really pleasant to my old ass eyes.
💥You need to update Reshade using the "Tetri Best Grass SSDO HDR Variant" preset to download all the new shaders we'll be using from now, such as SSDO, MXAO and the scene depth limiter like Reveil💥. For this, just run the Reshade installer, update Reshade using preset, select the "Tetri Best Grass SSDO HDR Variant" that you just copied and let Reshade download the missing effects. If your performances drop, get rid of the SSDO in Reshade.
As usual, unzip and copy directly into AC main folder for the color grading textures, script settings and reshade presets to be copied properly.

For this vid i was using "The oldschooler Cam" ppfilter with a 1.000 sunlight, a slightly bluer color (6800) and "Tetri Best Grass SSDO HDR " as Reshade preset. Hope you' ll enjoy them as much as I.
Also, i figured out how to make videos without RUclips butchering them, so we might have nice vids from now. You tell me how this one looks on your side.

@@am_sousa2246 well yeah, but thats not what i meant lol. what i meant was the motion blur, neckfx and graphics combining really well to give a good sense of immersion, hence immaculate sense of speed

Ahh, it reminds me when me and my bestbud used to run HistorX mod on Nordschleife tourist in rFactor. Mustang vs Escort, Capri vs Porsche RS, BMW vs Corvette. Good ol days. Preciate the time you can spend with your friends, you never know when will be the last one with them.

The Deutschlandring is just amazing, sadly it never became a standard like the Nürburgring due to- well, unfortunate geopolitical conditions
I have a 3070 ti and a quest 3, the game looks pretty great with my settings - if you have a quest
In the Oculus app set Quest 2/3 the resolution to max
Then go to Assetto Corsa and Turn off post processing and set the pixel density to 1.5
It makes it wayy clearer

Just built my first monster pc. I loved Gran turismo and wished there was a good pc game that could use a controller (for now) because I dont have a wheel yet.
Grid Legends is a pretty good game for controller.
what a SHOW
You're going wide because you're backing off and causing understeer, which can't be controlled without braking. When the back end of the car starts to step out, back off the throttle slightly and catch the turn with a tiny amount of opposite lock. As soon as the car's in line with the apex feed in full throttle quickly, but smoothly. That way, you're never losing momentum by having to back off the throttle completely to stop the understeer.

Playing in 1080p? I use 2560x1440 for those videos. Otherwise it should look just like that!
Edit : maybe i should share the AC video settings as well. Adding them to the pdf. Also i often play with saturation and brightness depending on the tracks

How to improve graphic settings on AC?
With my basic gamer PC setup i have good graphics using Project Cars 2 but its not ok with AC. Image is not clear. Kind of blurred.
If you installed Cobtent Manager, you could try to import my CSP settings that i share on the pdf in the description. Could be many things, i 'm thinking of maybe the rescaling in your case

I gave up on ac due to the stutters/hiccups noticable in your vids as well. No matter how i tweaked the settings it remains
Might not be sensible to it, but i don't notice them at all. Usually the stutters are more related to me tweaking everything ingame or just doing stuffs around the video capture. Ingame it's really fluid, online included.
Lovely vid. How did you got so much sense of speed?
The FOV is probably at 64 (seems to be a perfect setting for most cars). But the neckfx is really helping. Vibrations, road bumps, acceleration/deceleration tilt, lateral g-forces... Also, the scenery is quite close to the road!

@@benovichboucharenski cheers for sharing mate! So you use 64 for FOV in the ‘seat adjustments’ section? For my 49” Samsung curved 30 would be fine they say. But it’s not a general setting I suppose. So the Maserati Neckfx as you shared in this vid is pretty much fine for every car?
No, the maserati neckfx will likely only works with the maserati and maybe with some Velo's workshop cars that use the same head settings.
It 's way too extreme for kunos cars for example.
I wish we could stick neckfx settings per car, but until then it's one car/one setting!
That's not how Neckfx works. It goes thru G- forces tilt, time multipliers... It's a bit complicated at first sight.

It's a Porsche RSR 356 from Emory Motorsports, links are in the vid description. The mod looks great but feels a bit off to drive. Racing against it is super challenging still.

I'm the proud owner of a 2002 Fiat Panda so yeah, i can absolutly translate this to real world! The only difference being the gear ratio, i have to get into fifth gear at 72 km/h.
