What's your take on the community now, after the change in ownership and previous lawsuits, etc. I'm considering building there or buying in Lake Nona, and most people I've spoken to are advising against Bella Collina. Would love to hear your take on this. Thanks.

You should check out the neighborhood. It’s unfinished in the way that theres still a few hundred lots to build on. But the clubhouse and amenities are some of the best I’ve seen. The fact the recession didn’t destroy this development is shocking actually.
Lol no way . What he doesn’t tell you is they can’t sell the homes or lots this place is so out of the way no one wants to live there. My realtor said no way , if we buy he won’t be able to re sell it
