At last - someone is being honest about Pep. He is totally responsible for making football boring. First came tippy-tappy, and then playing out from the back, the worst tactic ever, yet one that everyone adopts. I do not watch games anymore. Seeing teams making 20 passes to get the ball out of their penalty area is too much. I only enjoy it when they mess up and give a goal away.

So if Pep puts his arse in the fire they all have to put their arse in the fire! Nonsense, the game was being destroyed before vPep arrived, you can't even tackle in modern football, no spicy chants allowed, clowns taking the knee for American criminals, rainbows all over the shop, Spurs fans can't sing 'yid army' Ffin' VAR! and on and on, but hey, lets blame the Catalan lad on everything! He didn't rip the soul from your game.

Great show Tony,,,, Clough had the right idea Let the players off until Thursday No training . The body needs to rest and heal. Too much training. The mind goes before the body,,,,, Clough was the man.. I believe City have bought all the top Lawyers in the world to stop any prosecutions

Last nights game between Barca and Bayern was a knock off the old block. Very entertaining - took me back to fast paced brave football.

This is so true, the game has become so boring to watch, I prefer to watch the Big match revisited from the 70’s and 80’s. When players received the ball the one intension was to get the ball forward, taking people on, not passing sideways, backwards, watch the goalkeepers in them days, from a goal kick they kick it upfield, not piss about passing the ball, to get it up field. Proper football.

It was the abramovic effect which led to the shite we see today. And I say that even though that was the best time of my life being a chelsea fan, amazing period, but ultimately changed the sport because other foreign money men saw how quickly they could achieve success

Alan could only get two caps because Alf Ramsay banned him for two years and Revie wouldn’t pick him because Revie was Revie

I prefer football with wingers racing down the wing and crossing into the area. I said during Pep's Barcelona's tippy tappy peak that they were great players but it was tedious and numbing after a bit. I used to get called a philistine but many fans now are fed up of this way of playing. I suppose if you support massive corruption fc it is good but I can't be arsed with it anymore tbh.

Pep hasn't ruined anything, it's all the other coaches who try copy his style of football. That's why Klopp at Liverpool was such a breath of fresh air and a worthy opponent to Pep - he brought his own style of high octane football to the Premier League and given the resources he had at his disposal, he did very well.

I stopped and watched a kids game in the park the other day. It was organised, with a ref and both teams in kits. The lads were aged about 13/14. Anyway, one keeper hoofed it downfield, a lad knocked it on and another ran on to it and scored with an angled shot. I thought, ''fantastic''! The game has not gone completely.

I wonder if Alan remembers back in the day when Chelsea used to train at the Crystal Palace Sport ground. There was a 5 a side sand pitch. It was on a Wednesday my school used the swimming pool and we always used to sneak out to watch them train. I met Dave Sexton, etc.

It’s not Pep. It’s FIFA. They change the rules of the game. When they allowed the goalkeeper to pass the ball to the centerback in the 6 yard box, the game became slow and boring. Slow build up almost all the time.

Football has gradually become gentrified crap.
    All staduims are the same.
All tactics and players are the same.
Even the goal nets themselves have lost all semblance of any individuality.
