      I think there's a How To Traumatise Your Child instruction manual that some parents get handed when we are born. Believe it or not, same things get said across cultures.
      Something that we have in common 🤣🤣🤣

    Funny thing is they rarely tell you what theyre needs are. The biggest problem is they arent emotionally avail. They come off as cold and unfeeling, yet often they expect the opposite from you

    Can we have a video wherw Matt tells us what DAs need in conflict like how theyd prefer to be confronted , how theyd prefer their partner to follow up ,how theyd preferbtheir partner to voice grievances without triggering them ,how to hold the DA accountable without triggering them please

    Avoidants don’t want conflict….so unrealistic. They need to learn how to communicate better, conflict skills, etc. it would make them feel so much safer
