Thanks for the video. Currently have a D&B, but will be receiving a Tru-Knit in a couple of weeks. Will be interesting switching between the D&B with a rotating cylinder vrs a a rotating yarn feeder. I write left handed, but I'm ambidextrous. I do a lot of stuff right handed, but can switch to left handed if needed. I cant write right handed, I have always used my left hand writing. And sorry for your loss. I know what it is like losing your parents...
Im in IT and also do a lot of Software development. I was amazed at how many contractors have came out to where I work who were also left handed. Seems like left handed people are more technically oriented.

I’m so sorry for your loss 😞 thank you so much for all of your tutorials, it really helps for newbie’s like me. This yarn 🧶 looks like a Paton kroy yarn, my machine always jams when I’m knitting with kroy yarn

If you know the best tension on your machine for an average fingering weight yarn ....make your stitches 4 clicks longer on your tension for Patons Kroy. Patons is definitely a thicker sock yarn. I crank alot of Patons successfully by making my stitches longer. I hope that will help you too

I found your wonderful videos by searching CSM. Sorry for the loss of your Dad…it isn’t easy at any age 💗. I see that you live in Maryland. I’m in Maryland too, just north of the DC border. I’m brand new to using a CSM. I just purchased a Tru-knit and am watching videos and tutorials to learn all I can. Do you teach classes outside of the great videos you post? Do you participate in any crank-ins? I’m interested in meeting up with other CSM knitters. Thanks…😄🧶💗

They are 8mm split jump rings. I bought them on amazon. Thanks for watching my videos. If there are any suggestions for video content. Please let me know and I can try to make it happen.

Do you have the fancy yarn carrier on that for the one that came with the machine?

The slotted yarn carried also comes from Erlbacher. The machine comes with the other one to start.
