Just bought your Plasticity course. I'd d really like to know a way to make objects stick together. For instance if I design a cool thruster, that I want to then import and stick snuggly against the hull of a starship that I am building. Right now I end up with either a small gap or with the objects intersecting each other. Loving these Plasticity videos. Thanks. 👍
Use 'g' to move one object towards another then press 'v' or 'f' to select the interfacing point. Drag moving object to mother object and press 'ctrl' to select mother objects face/line or point as necessary. If they now have some kind of face to face contact or overlap you can Boolean them together by hitting 'q' 'q'.... It's easier to move objects about with accuracy and precision in Plasticity than in any other CAD I'm aware of.
This and match face has been a life saver for my workflow
Thank you Arrimus.
Oooooh, so that's how it works and what it does. Brilliant!
OH MY GOD! I thought Plasticity lacks this feature and I just ignored it the whole time.... Thanks a lot!

wish you would make your tutorials for individual software instead of throwing them all into a 1 pot mixer.
