In this video he is a scuba diver going for Rock lobsters, but what I don't understand is why isn't he putting the captured lobsters in a fishing pen,or net,so he can get much more lobsters as his gas tank can hold him under water for 1-2 hours, and because he's not diving very deep, he doesn't have to worry about decompression, as I understand the difference between scuba and snorkel diving, but I like rock lobsters, minus the rest of the body, I am only interested in the tail, and I have bought rock lobster tails, frozen, by the each or by the pound or the case. Comes either which way. And because they aren't big, they're meat tends to be sweeter than regular MAINE LOBSTERS. But bigger the lobsters there meat tends to be tougher, in texture.
