I love the way you always explain this and that. You're a true seatrout nerd and I thank you for that 👍

Nice looking shrimp pattern, thinking about tying it like this and maybe a translucent pink for some fish down in Mexico . Thanks for sharing

Cool. Have you tried shrimp patterns before? I have made some that I will try for tarpon.

Hi Robert I hope all is well . I have tied some shrimp patterns for bonefish and Permit but I like your bigger patterns . All of my Tarpon fishing has been in Belize or Florida and it’s been on baitfish patterns . My wife and I are trying to set up a trip to Holbox Mexico for tarpon . I would be interested in seeing what your patterns for Tarpon looks like . Unfortunately I live in Montana :-) and we have no salt water near us but in the last 15 year’s we have made it a point to do as much salt water fishing as we can .

The fly I hold in front of the camera in the beginning caught several. It will be shown more in next week's video.

Nice fly which I will definitely try out this fall and winter. What is the ratio you use in the dubbing blend? Equal amount of each or more of some?

Hi Robert, I was a question to ask you? We have a good river where I stay with a lot of good size brown trout loads of 4lb+ get caught through out the season and it not very far from the season maybe between 6-8 miles, average population of sea trout get caught each year during the summer and running season, so I was wonder what would be the best time to target them just before the the mouth of the river, our club has permission to fish the estuary but I wanted to try the sea around the estuary.

Hello. Very difficult to say without any other context. I would ask in a local fishing shop what they think is a good time to try or just experiment.
