hello! ^^ ‘man man chi’ simply means ‘eat slowly’ or ‘enjoy your meal’ in chinese. it is a common and polite expression used when sharing meals. in that episode of tdwt, since the contestants were in china and the challenge for the contestants was related to eating, chris sang 'a chinese lesson' to them while they were eating :))
