Agreed!! LH is the worst! I flew their b747 from FRA to JFK last year in their so-called "business class", which is more like (not very) premium economy. I will never forget the rotten salad and stale chicken. The FA's were mostly cold and a few of them condescending. The washrooms were kept filthy at all times. Definitely never again.

I just tried Lufthansa's new Allegris business class from Mumbai to Munich a few days ago on a brand new A350-900. They only have the new Allegris business class on that aircraft out of Munich on specific North American and Asian routes. They have been let down though as they haven't got it certified for the 787 etc to fly out of Frankfurt.
If you fly Asiana airlines economy (on the 777) for a long haul flight, it won't end well, IFE from the 1980s, stiff seats, no legroom, crammed layout, and I had a sore after the flight
The A380 is amazing plane and miles better than a 747 but it should being designed 40years later and does feel so, the 747 is so nostalgic tho every av geek has to fly it
Do you even know things about planes? Planes don't start the engines when parked at the gate. They start up when on the Taxiway or while pushing back. Also, have you ever seen a "traditional" first or business class? They made the new business more private because first class isn't very profitable. Yes, the cabin is dated, but it is not the worst. The title is clickbait. :/
