@@akadr360 Berserking doesn't mean straight up insanity. Best example: Beowulf. However, would you name Asura from Asura's Wrath (pretty much the epitome of a Berserker) as insane?

@@SuperAmaton you miss the point, in holy grail system one who can summoned as berserker is heroic spirit that even once have fallen into insanity.
thats why beowulf is summoned as berserker even though he's still able to communicate/act like normal in regular basis (his madness enhancement is also low prior to not fully fallen into depravity)

What is your definiton of a Berserker (as in the Word Berserker, not the definiton of Type-Moon).
In my view, it is a person that uses their Fury, Wrath and Hatred to drive them forward and very openly displays it.
This does apply to somebody like Kratos from God of War (the Games in Greece), but doesn't to Corvo Attano from Dishonored. Kratos is driven by Fury, lashing out against anyone that obstructs his revenge. Corvo on the other hand is driven by his Grudge and doesn't loose sight of his own morals and humanity to achive his revenge.
Ritsuka is Haruka Nanase and Ashwatthama is Makoto Tachibana. Bedivere is Rin Matsuoka, Sir Tristan is Ikuya Kirishima, Charlemagne is Hiyori Tono, Romani is Momotarou Mikoshiba, Sigurd is Seijuro Mikoshiba
