Maybe simple lime wash paint would work? I don’t have experience with this but yeah I think you’re biggest barrier is the thick texture that made it look heavy. You tried! ❤
There is a product called Concretta by Moeded that does what you are wanting to achieve. Not cheap but beautiful, designed for this use, and waterproof.
And its not love its the not knowing what could have been but take it from me who found out the hard way what could have been with the first love and that is absolutely nothing but heartache
I don’t understand the concrete look ?? I think with the money and time spent you probably could have bought a new vanity 🤷♀️… I’m sorry it was just not good .. but you went for it and tried !!!
I'm confused as to WHY you wanted a concrete look in the bathroom? The final color is nice but the texture looks sloppy. 🙁 Were you unable to remove the drawer faces above the cabinet doors? They usually just pop off. I love your can-do spirit but, maybe, a little more research before wasting so much time and energy? I'm glad you didn't shy away from posting this, though. It's encouraging to see results that aren't perfect because us mortals need to be able to connect with content creators. 🤗✌
Yeah this was definitely an experiment that I would say failed. I was going for the micro cement look and was hoping the concrete patch would do the trick. Turns out, not at all. Haha. But yeah, I think it’s important to share this stuff too. Because it’s also not the worst thing in the world, it just didn’t give me the microcement look I wanted.
I usually am obsessed with your finished product, but girl...this time was a fail. Lol. Love ur channel tho 🤍🤍

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻
Love the color hate the faux concrete look just not a fan of that in that room if the room was more of a rustic type room then maybe.
