Steroids don’t just cause that sort of physique or stature - the work you have to put in REGARDLESS is such a high level. I used to be obese - no matter what anyone says it’s not the life you want to live, that’s not to say everyone should take steroids, I don’t, but promoting a healthier lifestyle altogether is ok. The “healthier lifestyle” I mention isn’t in regards to the steroid usage, it’s more so in regards of the other aspects of the life of lifters like Sam. If you’ve ever watched his videos (I doubt it) a lot of it comes down to really just pushing yourself to being better, being active, counting your calories, understanding how a deficit and surplus will affect the scale, etc. Obesity isn’t good, it’s not all about vanity, people will (and do) feel better after dropping the weight.
He 1000% is on gear, hes trying to become an IFBB pro. You can't really get to that size and definititon naturally. He still works insanely hard, that doesnt take away from his work ethic, he just isn't natural.@@westvirginiafishingdudeout7841
