    Don't buy any HP laptop, I purchased an HP laptop on 13 july 2023, within 3 months laptop having a slow performance issue and blue error, customer care( shamelessy) convinced me to replace mother board. After the replacement, they closed the case on 8 December 2023. Again my laptop is facing the same issue on 2 Jan.2024. Very worst services from HP.

      Another reason why to not buy hp. They said for the repair of my mother board would cost 2000 dollars while I bought the thing for 1000, talk about poor service my laptop was few days of warranty.

    Hey i have a 15s and the cooling vent is just againt the hinge who thought that was a good idea oh and is there something to fix that couse i tried everything its just an bad airflow

    That is the reason iam not buying an hp labtops anymore… there are no progress at all in the overheating issues of hp labtops from 2010 until now all your labtops get overheated with medium work only

    Hi, HP PC Hardware diagnostics is unable to check my battery test , it shows status CANCELED, there is battery draining issue , Total battery backup is not more than 2hr and excessive overheating, laptop is in warranty , purchased 1 month ago,,, still , customer support & engineer who checked laptop are saying we can't change battery since it is not showing any error code, Very disappointed after purchasing HP 15sFQ.     Hi! I bought a new HP Pavilion Plus 14 i7 laptop and have been using it for 8 days. It is overheating even when I use 2 to 3 tabs in Chrome. When I plug in the charger, I cannot touch the right side keys due to the excessive heat. I am very disappointed. I know that all laptops have heating issues, but this is too much. Can you please suggest what needs to be done?

    I love how my ex wives hp laptop stopped working within a month, so she bought a new one who's screen when out in a month, then I bought one that has had overheating problems from day one. Literally overheats with nothing but one chrome tab playing youtube at 128 open. is it to much to ask that if we buy a product it atleast works. I'd rather it be slow, than shut off after 10 min of youtube, then take a half hour to restart. How on earth was this a finished product. I have no doubts as to why HP stock is going into the gutter.

      My personal suggestion to prevent a laptop from overheating is not to buy an HP. 6 or 7 laptops in it is the only brand i have had any issues on. FYI the Toshiba laptop I am typing this on is 14 years old and handles most things better than the ENVY I paid twice as much for and is 9 years newer. atleast I can browse the internet

      Might I add, 14 years old, no bios update, runs sitting embeded in a comforter, havent cleaned it in 10 years and no laptop cooler or any other "recomendation" HP has for resuscitating a failed product. When I buy something it should work out of box.

    Hiiii! So I bought a new HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3. It has an aluminum chassis so it's understandable that it gets hotter than laptops with Plastic bodies. The thing is I've done everything in this video, but my laptop is still hot. It gets even worse when playing video games to the point it burns when you touch the part that's beneath the screen. Funny thing is that my laptop doesn't experience any problems and runs normally. Also, the fan doesn't make as much noise one would think it should considering the laptop's temperature. Should I be worried in the long run?

    Sorry for Annoyance, I hope you reply. I have a problem when I change the thermal profile to performance with hp elite book 840 g8, but the HP command center does not save the changes. I am really tired and I want a solution to this, please. And i cant talk with the global command center because im moroccan and they dont have the WhatsApp for contacting

    Hey, i have the HP Zbook 14u G5 and my fan is never spinning... At first not even when the charger was connected, I changed this in the bios so that it always runs when the charging cable is connected but I don't know how I can change it that my fan also runs without a power supply, my laptop gets quite warm when the fan is not running... Can you give me more information on how to fix this?

      Well, you can use a blow-dryer in order to remove debris stuck on the vents (mostly stuck outside the vents). However, the debris that is inside the laptop or stuck to the vents from the inside will/may require you to open up the back panel in order to remove it.

    I got a HP Pavilion Plus 14 eh1000na model yesterday and I’m having a lot of trouble with how noisy the fans are, even when playing very casual games like Roblox (which is not demanding at all anyways) on low graphics. How do I fix this? It’s really disappointing since it’s brand new :(

      @@aryasrivastav3724 for a laptop to heat up its normal. and infact 90-100 F or 30-38 C is normal for laptops. using laptops on things like beds. or having crumbs fall into vents is a huge pain. because we are probably not experienced or dont have the tools to open it. Not only does it void Waranty but also a stupid thing to do in general. it also depends on what your doing like playing games or general usage. Also Beware that Optimizing a laptop that is brand new will kill it in the long run. Instead you should reinstall windows and do every optimization slowly. If it doesnt work its either a software issue or using a power plan like (High Performance) or the power usage in it is set to 100 which it is. Or Hardware issues like defects or other issues. Other than that. trust me it is normal.

    Sup, i dont know this is the right place for it but i have a HP Victus 15 i5-12k 16 gb ram rtx 3050 laptop and the keyboard (mostly right side) and the bottom right side of the laptop overheating. I dont know why but this happens even i dont game on it also i think right side of the laptop doesnt have a fan / gpu fan doesnt work.

    Actually, I solved the same problem due to a shitty problem,
    Which is...
    The Unnecessary backup happening to "OneDrive" continuously from my desktop is the problem. (w/o my knowledge)
    Solution:
    1. stop the backup happening from the desktop of onedrive folder
    2. transfer the files from onedrive desktop folder (C:\Users\'your account'\OneDrive) to your personal desktop folder (C:\Users\'your account'\Desktop) - (to save space in OneDrive cloud drive)
    Your PC is fixed

    I have the 11th gen i7 spectre 14 oled with the best specs, i bought it as a HP Renew product, but it was probably 99,99% new because it didnt even had a single micro scratch, or anything on it, probably someone ordered it and had enough brains to send it back in time and get back the money before its too late.
    I had literally all spectre devices that ever existed, except the 15 inch models and the nevest one, and i had them in all colours, and all configurations almost, but at least i had 3 models from each year.
    I know they were all a bit toasty, but i could undervolt them at least, and always use them in battery saver mode etc.
    I can't undervolt this one, and it's soo hot, i literally can't hold it because it hurts my hand so much..............
    The IR cameras didn't work neither so about 2 months after i bought it i contacted HP Netherlands because i lived there, and asked for some help, but it took so long, i had to move to Hungary in the meantime so after settling in here, i asked for help from HP Hungary, they took my device, they say they cleaned the fans and stuff, but the fans didn't have a single piece of dust in them at the first place...... at least they kinda fixed the IR cameras, they work but they're all messed up because the screen flashes when the cameras are flashing......
    So i really regret having this expensive luxury device that is burning my skin off me while not doing anything other than browsing the web in battery saver mode.............. if i have the cool mode on, then the laptop sounds like an airplane.
    I had the i5 model from this device too, but i had to get rid of it because the fhd screen was so bad, i had to get the 4k oled model.
    If i could, i would just throw this i7 chip away, to get an i5 in my laptop.
    So dear HP, how can i get rid of this laptop so i can have either the same model but one that doesn't burn my skin off (which is not possible because i found out this 11th gen i7 is going to be just this hot and not possible to undervolt neither whatsoever) or can i somehow get a different model or am i cursed to keep this now????????? obviously i will not get any money back i guess i am just scammed now
    oh and by the way they didn't even give me the pen and the laptop sleeve that i have received with all my other spectres before.........

      @@HPSupport before 2 days I update my bios from hp support assistant and my laptop start and show recovery then failed and auto restart but laptop shutdown for 10 minutes .
