I agree 200%.But who are the other ones .The only one I can think of is Rebeka.But she's starting to tread into more difficult roles for a lyric Soprano.Her Norma was not very good.Maria Sturada was also a stretch for her voice type.5 years ago she was going very well. Ms. Hernández is an absolute sensation. No one, no one, NO ONE else singing today has such a huge, beautiful, sonorous, secure voice. She can sing full-throated up to high E-flat (Aïda Act 2). It’s also totally effortless. Audiences must hear the great opera roles sung by THIS calibre of a voice or they’re not really hearing the roles. Bravissima, Ms. H and muchas gracias.

La Caballé sabía lo que se decía cuando la describió como la sopreno del siglo XXI. Diríase que, en cierto modo, Monteserrat vive en ella. Que Dios bendiga a ambas.
A mí casi me gusta más que Caballé, por lo menos en el repertorio romántico y verista. Montse tendría una gran técnica, pero era un témpano de hielo la mayoría de las veces, y Saioa transmite más calidez, incluso haciendo villanas 😊

A soprano escape alone from the Golden Years! Not heard this kind of sound since decades. I accepted many fake spinto or dramaric soprano before. It would be more difficult after listening this voice...
Her voice is not big by any stretch of the imagination. Listened in the house, she uses resonnance to project where others lack, but what she achieves in the chest is through her technique alone. She will not sound like some of the greats in that compartment (Simionato, Callas, Verrett, etc.). What needs to happen for such voices to come about again is a return to non OGM food and stopping the practice of growing meat with oestrogen analogues. Our era unfortunately is pushed toward underdeveloped chest alone by the nature of what we eat. This is also why for the longest perdiod non intensivist agriculture countries like Russia has the best basses in the world.

Sicuramente la voce più interessante in circolazione, volume e tecnica super, dovrà solo non abusare troppo in ruoli così impegnativi che possono danneggiare la voce, vedi Dimitrova e cercare di curare maggiormente l' espressività del canto.
