its really good to know how to take whole history... thank you for good explanation related to child crying... i have one question in case if there is spot diagnosis then could we just say by looking the patient and send other investigation related to it so we can save time for example in this scenario related to testis so better than asking more questions if we know just via looking it then better to send the patient to usg so we can save time from diagnosis to operation theatre..
