    A suggestion if your team can follow, for the benefit of younger generation of doctors please please in last one or two minutes of your discussion please convey the take home points ,as you know in present time case discussions are less due to covid and online classes,by your gracious case discussions students will benefit a lot

    To add to list 1. Head injury which went unnoticed 2. Viral labyryitis 3. Polycythemia( sluggish circulation) 3. although very rare cervical rib. Very nice 👍 presentation very practical discussion very very well indeed

    A really useful presentation.
    I would really love it if you also start giving the doses of the drugs you mention.
    Last week only one patient of Giddiness came to my OPD and i am really amazed though I thought I check many things how much I missed.. These videos are really helpful.. Thank you

      T Vertin 16 mg TId x 1 week and slowly wean off

    33 male , diabetic , tinnitus , giant instability , ear examination normal , mri brain normal , spine with L5 S1 disc bulge ,photo sensitivity on nd off ,head ache , retro orbital pain during the episode, no spinning but felling like moving when he sees moving object infront . While walking also. Carotid Doppler normal . X ray (cervical ) osteophyte,
    Used vertin 16 no relief , symptoms relieved by stugeron forte
    Sir wht might be the diagnosis , nd
