A bit more on the Horoscope spread where we look at the 9th House if the question is about whether someone should go to university. Then someone might wonder what they should do with their life, so we consider the 1st (the self), the 2nd (values to know what the person cares about) and the 11th (hopes and aspirations) to know what direction they want to go in. Put these three cards together and you can answer the question in a way that the questioner can relate to. Then a bit about karma (the 12th).

Hi John, what is the best source to learn about what the different houses of the Horoscope mean? It can be quite confusing for someone who doesn't really know much about astrology! By the way, thank you for this video series, I have watched every single lesson so far and I find a lot of value in them. I would also LOVE to learn more about astrology from you! I currently can't afford your course, but I am looking forward to your RUclips astrology channel/video series, as I recall you mentioned you consider doing something like this. Best wishes!

Go to cornerstone-astrology.com. There is a list of links on the left side of the screen. Click the third last - astrology encyclopedia. At the top, click on H. Scroll down to Houses. For details about the individual Houses, scroll down to House, first where you find meanings for the individual, in a mundane figure, as well as in other types of charts. How does this work if you’re not so confident with reversals?

Maybe think of reversed cards as showing some glitch or delay and relate that to the card and the question or the area of life of the House. So a reversed King in the House of partnerships shows a meeting delayed or a romance that doesn't work out or you discover that the qualities of that person were not really what you were looking for and that's why it doesn't work or why there is a problem or unwelcome condition. Life is full of glitches and misunderstandings and things going really wrong or slightly wrong, and reversed cards show this. I don't know how you would read it without allowing for reversed cards.
