I like it vary nice homes some day I will like to come down their to look at homes sounds good the town and green :-)
No the homes aren't ideal since the separate areas do not have separate heating/cooling and you won't change it either.
I don't work for Lennar so I don't have the ability to change that. But I understand how that would be a nice feature.
