Worn mine for a few months since I got it, day and night, put away my automatic watches, this watch just so comfortable, practical, accurate and all that I want in a watch, had it on leather, elastic, rubbers and natos, goes well with everything pretty much.
@@anima201 Yeah, got it on right now and do most of the time, I got it on a oyster bracelet with female endlinks from Long Island watches, and.have for the last few months. Got the jubilee bracelet too, but the oyster feels much nicer
@@Anirossa Very nice, thanks! Was wondering if a person might get a bit bored of it, or still enjoy wearing it...good to know you still like it. It's he perfect dimension I think and I'm looking forward to owning this time piece in the near future. There really isn't a negative YT review on this watch. Thanks for your feed back.
@@anima201 Yeah, more reviews has come out as I've been owning it, some would say "it lacks character", because it has no crazy color themes, nor does anything revolutionary in the looks department, but the same people will turn around and prace the Submariner, so I don't really get it. For me it's just my perfect watch that does everything right for me, I wasn't looking to get one, I was looking at the SPB in an AD, then I saw this, tried it on, and came back for it the day after, as wasn't able to shake how perfect it is for me. Mechanical watches are fun and all, but as someone that tends to overthink everything, a Seiko-Submariner hybrid that wears like a dream and get charged by sunlight, is much more shock resiliant and that in my specific watch is less than 10 secounds off between setting it for sunlight saving time... together with the killer Seiko/Rolex vibe and the cool detailed bezle insert, from a functionality standpoint, my GShock 5610 is king. But if I'm traveling to another country, or just want to have on something nice and functional that goes with anythhing (GADA), this is my companion :D I have seen a few of these models with typical unalinged Seiko bezle (though not as bad as other Seiko models it seems), and from the ones I've heard of and my own, the secounds tend to hit the markers well. But I would still advice going to a AD to inspect one, as I would do with any Seiko, if slight inregularities would annoy you. AD I went to also gave me 20% off, as seems to be pretty easy to get. But eitherway I like my watch A LOT, would definetly be my one watch, if I could have just one :) Good luck :D
I love auto watches but I've been looking for a good quartz and this ticks all the boxes. classic size Seiko ISO rated dive watch. Sapphire. quartz. classic styling. I wear my SKX007J all the time but it gets annoying sometimes when it runs slow. I want to keep it all stock so I don't want to do a movement upgrade.
For a very nice lightweight bracelet that suits this smaller watch, I can recommend the Fostner Klip bracelet - a Bonklip style bracelet popular in the 1940's & 1950's. Well made but is over $100.
Absolutely love mine. Just bought a bracelet for it made by Long Island Watch, great option for us bracelet guys. But I also think the rubber strap that came with it is one of the better rubber straps I’ve had, even despite the metal keeper. You earned a new sub!
I’m waiting for Uncle Straps to release the jubilee for mine because I sold off the SKX013 bracelet I had it on. Currently using the stock strap on another watch. Thanks for the sub!
Thanks for the great video. Really considering picking this one up. I might have missed it in your review, but what is the lug-to-lug distance for this one?
i was on the way to buy this (in green, the baby hulk). But was not sure because i have since 10 years a Solar Watch (works very well) Finally i bought the new Seiko Sports 5 Midsize 38 mm, delivery in may in a Seiko box
Collecting watches is very personal. Someone’s tool watch could be someone else’s nicest watch. The most important thing is that you enjoy your watches.
I've got the solar one few days ago, i like it, but now i want the marine master 😩 u know how much is the lug to lug of seiko mod? My fear is that could be too much big for my 16,5 cm wrist
Just enjoy this beautiful watch for what it is until you’re able to get the marinemaster one day. They’re both great in different ways. Well, this solar one is way more accurate than the marinemaster since it’s quartz 😁
It’s not underrated. It’s just 500€ in Italy. Definitely too much for a solar quartz diver. Citizen does the same with full steel bracelet with diver extension at half price. Only difference is Hardlex vs sapphire screen. Does this sapphire on Seiko worth 250 bucks?

This is the perfect diver watch affordable price range it's hard to find any fault with this little beauty
Longest surving eatch in my collection, bought it the week it came out. My most worn watch as well for the 3 years of watch collecting . Nice review
Thanks!
I really like the look of this watch, it is all I need. Decent quality, great proportions, I'd love one, a one watch collection? Seems like it.
How reviewers dont put the watch on during reviews is always beyond me

Just received my green variant. Love it.
The same crown screw in method also applies to Citizen divers watches?

You can always replace the metal keeper with an OEM Seiko rubber keeper.
@@timzusajust bought mine from uncle. You wont regret it. Truly happy i made the purchase. Hope you do another review when/if you buy it yourself
Just picked one up for $280 to be my daily beater, feels like a good piece for that price range. MSRP $475 doesn't feel worth it.
Where did you buy it from?
@@isaachowell716 ebay
Seiko and their pricing is like Invicta. Buy used or gray market. U can find this watch for $230.
Those days seem to be gone. It got hyped up and now they go for $300+ brand new.
Hi Tim, it is morris your new subscriber from hongkong, love your review vids and keep up the great work.
Thank you, Morris!
Underrated because it is Casio Duro clone at a glance, and a glance is enough to check the stance... 😅😅
This is one of the dumbest comments I’ve read in a while.
Thank you for sharing your video about the SNE573. I‘m wondering if there is any kind of ceramic bezel mod for it … any tips?
You're welcome. I do not believe there is a bezel mods available for this watch. This platform is not talked about in the modding/building community.
Thank you for your quick reply 🙏🏼
It‘s a pity but well understandable …
seiko in a citizen box??
I know, right? WTF up with this BS? 😂
Did you watch the video?
Thanks for the great video. Really considering picking this one up. I might have missed it in your review, but what is the lug-to-lug distance for this one?

I hate when people say "tool" watch. No, a tool watch is Casio.

I have mine on an Uncle Oyster bracelet which makes this watch my favourite. Automatics are tiresome after a while.
Kind of waiting for the jubilee version to come out.
Get an uncle strap bracelet for it. They are amazing quality compared to cheap Seiko bracelets.
@@MrDziuka already did
Did you get the SKX Jubilee bracelet for this watch?

@@estebansamra7255 it will fit perfect.
someone got a good bracelet for that piece ? rubber or nato would be prefered thanks in advance !
Uncle Seiko offers a few different variations that will fit the SNE
That strap is nasty lol. They could've cleaned the hairs off before boxing it up...
Long Island watch make a steel bracelet for this.
Where can we buy the original strap for this? Mine is already beat up and glossy already.
Probably online somewhere. If you are in the US, I could sell you mine, which is in very good condition.

Would have my money if they lost the date. I cannot stand that slow date change, I think the date took an hour to change?
That’s pretty normal, bro.
Pretty sure citizen is a sub company of Seiko. I might be wrong. Like Chevrolet and GMC
Strap seems to pick up an awful lot of lint.
Not if you; wash, swim & dive with your Dive watch.
