‘Tragic blight’: Hillsong founder calls out media after being cleared of concealing father’s abuse

Hillsong founder Brian Houston has called out sections of the Australian media after being cleared of concealing his father’s sexual abuse of a child in the 1970s.
“I think there is a hostility that comes towards especially prominent pastors, people who are doing something a little different than the norm,” he told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
“It’s a tragic blight I think on sections of the Australian media and sections of the Australian population.”
