Mechanic idea:
When Sniper section, you take 33% more damage because of jarate
Like, there would be jarate notes, and if ya press them, you then get coated, and then that's when you would take 33% more damage for misses, plus your screen would also been covered in this yellow tint just like in TF2.
Of course not to mention that whenever you press the jarate notes there would be the splash sound effect.

mechanic ideas for demoman. sticky bomb notes, if a sticky bomb note is hit then damage is built up and exploded 2 seconds later, the 2 second delay is reset for every sticky bomb note hit before the delay ends. once the delay is over all the damage from sticky bomb notes pushed is applied
